Ink Medic Tattoo
Back in August I went and got a small piece from Tangie. It ended up with a mild infection from her going too hard in areas. I was ok with that as she said she'd touch It up when the Doctor gave me the O.K. When I got the clear to go ahead Tangie left. There's a new guy who tells me that in order to get it fixed I have to buy a new tattoo. I was then told by lucky that he was wrong. So I go in to set up an appointment but the guy there kepts on me to get a new tattoo. All I wanted was to get my piece touched up. I left. I have several tattoos, all studio work, and this is the worst treatment I've gotten. Irony that a shop that specializes in touch ups can't fix a tattoo I got at their shop.

Ponderosa Steakhouse
First off when we walked in the door it must have been about 80 degrees and had to complain about that. Should have went with our instincts and left. Food was not fresh for example potatoes look like they were left over from lunch and dried up. It wasn't till I went back for a second look and they had put another batch in. Will be on my list for not going back

Salmon's Heating & Cooling
This was a wonderful company. After the debacle with the AC company home warranty sent, Salmons Heating & Cooling were a godsend. They were fair priced, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They fixed the issues and even advised us so that we can keep it in optimal condition. They also don't try to sell you things you don't need. First time I contacted them to get a quote to clean my AC unit. The person quoted me about $100 and told me how I could do it myself so that I can avoid that fee. I was given instructions. That interaction is the reason I called when my AC unit stopped working and the AC company my warranty sent damaged my AC further.

Love the beautiful light skin goddess that works here. She did some gauges for my cousin a while back and she made us feel so comfortable. Also, we love her taste in music so since my cousin and I are in our mid 20's we definitely vibed with he on that. Since its been so long since that occurred, I really hope she's still working there. Especially because I am trying to come in and get a lot of different things done.

Comfortworks
The contractor told me I needed a new A/C unit at the cost of over $3,000 because of an electrical problem that is not even physically able to have in unit! Total lie. Another company came and just shook his head saying it didn't even make sense. He found a valve that was loosened ( by chance? ) and all of the refrigerant was gone from my unit. At the cost of over $800.00, he replaced the refrigerant and the unit has worked fine since that day! This company is a total scam! On top of that, contractor had the manners of a mad dog. Never again

Capital Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.
This company was hired to clean out a drain.Long story short They broke two pipes, flooded a bedroom, ruined a new floor, billed us $354.87, and didn't even clear the drain.Sales and customer service didn't help, finally got to the VP, Matt Zimmerman, who laughed at me multiple times and refused to refund my money even though they did not live up to their own warranty, let alone pay for any damages (around $1150). Avoid at all costs!

Tangie and Lucky are both very skilled artists. I got to the shop a little early so I waited but that was fine with me. When my appointment time came Tangie and I worked out the details and then I hopped in the chair. I still have a session to go until my piece is complete but the work and detail are excellent. I will definitely get more work from them in the future.

I was told about joe from a cowork . I had been thinking about a tattooFor years, and he said joe was the best and gave me his number. So I calledAnd he got me right in. I was nervous as it was my 1st one. Joe talked to me And even aloud my daughter to watch a movie on his phone while he did my workI have been back twice and have another appointment for next week. And I have taken my older daughter to have piercings and I will be scheduling her tattoo with Joe.I classify Joe as a friend not just a tattoo artist.
Tips & Advices
According to experts a bathroom remodel might not recoup return on the original investment. However, it is one of the key renovations that can make potential buyers want to make an offer…or not. Homebuyers look for bathrooms with updated plumbing, convenient layout, and a pleasant aesthetic. That said, in older houses, where bedrooms far outnumber bathrooms, it’s advised to spend the money on a bathroom addition instead of gut-renovating the original bathroom.
Yes, bathroom remodeling contractors often offer financing. Many homeowners prefer to refinance or take out a home equity line of credit. But others will see if the contractor can connect them with a lender who will set up some other type of loan. There are many types of loans available: secured and unsecured, personal, and those backed by the Federal Housing Administration.
The price range for toilets varies from $200 into the many thousands because of variables like best-flushing performance (single vs. dual flush), self-cleaning capabilities, design (one- or two-piece), and special features, like heated seats. Cosmetic elements, such as the color and the material of the toilet, also factor into the cost. Experts agree that the most expensive toilets do not necessarily function the best.
Heated bathroom floors are a popular way to warm up typically cold tile floors and keep people comfortable in their bathrooms, even when it’s chilly outside. The proper term is “radiant heat,” and it describes various methods of heating from under the floors. The least expensive method, which is popular for small spaces, uses an electric mat. Larger spaces might have electric heated coil systems installed under the tile, or hydronic systems where heated water is run through pipes below the flooring.
A bathroom renovation usually takes two to three weeks, if it’s a relatively small and straightforward job. Expect larger or more complicated remodels to last five to six  weeks--not including any delays due to special material or permits. If you’re doing a gut renovation, which includes permits, specially ordered materials, and possibly up to a dozen different tradespeople, you should realistically expect it to take  three to five  months to complete.
