The writer above must be a disgruntled employee that didn't cut the mustard because I have never read a more bogus review of any business. I have been going to Speakeasy since the early 80's and I have rarely experienced a more courteous wait staff. Every time I go I am in awe of their professionalism regardless of who waits on me. They obviously have high standards and great training for their employees. The menu is varied and yet everything they offer is consistently wonderful every visit. They are very reasonably priced and it is one of the best locally owned casual dining establishments in Columbus.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
Food was great (as usual). However, our 8 year old was born in the USA (like everyone in my family), so she could not read the child's menu written in a foreign language (perhaps Spanish). When we asked for a kid's menu written in English, we were told the restaurant ran out. I know illegal immigration has been out of control since 2009, but English is still spoken here for a few more years. Come on, Cracker Barrel!

The food and the service was really good. We also had fun playing with the game 'thingie' they have on each table - which also served as a way to call the waitress or place an order. The games have a charge of 99 cents for access to them all which we thought was reasonable, however, on our second visit - we quickly lost interest in the same games.

The food is wonderful! Chicken fingers are very good - but the Burgers are awesome as well! Christian atmosphere, pleasant workers. Another reviewer said the prices are too high - I don't agree - you get what you pay for, and here that means good food, in a good clean atmosphere. I'll pay for that any day!

My wife and I love the 2 for 20...just don't get the chicken tenders. That entree is not worth the money. The pic in the menu made them look like a decent size, but they're actually the size of kids' fish sticks. Lesson learned: the other entrees are great, but leave the chicken for the kids!

Texas Roadhouse
Food was great! Even on the busy Friday night it did not effect our waitress or managers ability go give excellent customer service. Best experience i have had in a very long time. You do not see customer service like this anymore.

The food isn't greasy. I think it is better than zaxbys. And the reason the food that is on the menu online isn't in the store is because Opelika and Columbus have different owners and different menus.

I had the best service and the food was great! I have been to many Cracker Barrels and this one is the best one I have had the pleasure of dining at so far. The cashiers even made me smile.

We've been raving fans of the Jim Bob's in Opelika for 20 years. This new one in Columbus does not disappoint. Moderately priced. Awesome atmosphere.
