Texas Roadhouse
Grant, the manager is INCREDIBLE! My husband and I had our first date on Friday the 13th - 30 years ago. He made this anniversary the best ever. The food was fantastic, the staff was welcoming and our server was wonderful. What we found that you don't see very often is a happy staff. Everyone in the kitchen as well as on the floor was in great spirits and it made the evening relaxing and enjoyable. We were never rushed and we truly enjoyed our meals. For a great time and fantastic food, you must visit this restaurant!

Clean Eatz
I do their meal plan. As a busy single professional it is a convenient and healthy option. Their meals are delicious with the right blend of fat, carbs and protein for weight loss or just a healthy lifestyle. Plus it's all raw/clean eating. Then there is the price. That to is very reasonable for what you are getting, a healthy balanced fully prepared meal that just requires a few minutes in the microwave from you. Couldn't be happier that I found them. Wish I had money to invest to open a second location in the area.

Floyd, John, MD
Can't say enough good about Dr. Floyd! He is the consummate professional, very personable and caring surgeon. We felt blessed that he was available to repair a femur in my 100-year-old Dad! He listens fully to patient and family concerns and addresses them immediately. Many surgeons come with a poor bedside manner and a God Complex - NOT THIS ONE. He is as down-to-earth as they come.

Cuts By Us
Terrible choppy hair cut...worst in my life! Second chair on left is the cutter, chopper...she should be fired. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from that "salon".....Shame on all of you....I have big gaps in my hair...as she used a razor and I did NOT want a razor cut....just a shape up....She did not know what she was doing. She should take tha $20 tip and get a few lessons.!!!!

Reese, Chasity R
We needed to find a General Practitioner in Columbus, Ga as our doctor was now 80 miles away. We found Dr. Chastity Reese was taking new patients, so scheduled an appointment for my husband who had taken a fall, been to er x2, and was still in a great deal of pain. First impression was the neatness and organization of the waiting room area. All toys for kids had small parts attached so that they could not present a fall hazard for others.Upn being called back to examining room, the nurse was quite adept at getting things done in an efficient manner, and as quickly as she finished, the doctor entered.Dr. Reese in a Doctor of Osteopathy, which I believe gives her more information about the human body, and for the next 30 minutes, I watched as she went over my husband with a "fine toothed comb". She gave him a COMPLETE exam and sent him for back xrays. We received a call the next morning telling us the results would need a surgery fix, and we KNEW she had uncovered all stones to lead to this discovery. We would strongly recommend Dr. Reese to others who are looking for a well qualified, exceptional bed-side manner physician in the Columbus, Ga area.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
