Cheapest game in town for a reason. Their Authentication Server goes down multiple times per week, but they won't admit to it. Short story -- your internet will be down, and if you call them, they will have you go through all the "Unplug your modem" steps, even though the modem already told you the problem is on their end. I'm an IT guy, so I check before I call. Their Help Desk people read off of some lame flow chart that never admits it could be their fault. If the possibility exists that the problem might be their line, they inform you multiple times that if it is not, you will be charged a service fee. Overall, typical, terrible AT&T Customer Service. You are a stupid cow to be milked for a profit.
