I sent a package over the holidays and when it did not arrived, I called the store without my tracking info. They looked up my transaction and determined that it was damaged beyond deliverable. The mailbox store initiated a claim on my behalf and within 2 weeks they called me indicating my claim check had arrived. All I did was initiate 1 phone call, they took care of the rest!
