CaveMan Haircuts
Tried a few places around town while I was at the Drill Sergeant Academy and with all of them, I ended up with a haircut that I was embarrassed to walk around with. A crooked fade, a patch here or there, a visible line, or like they never cut my hair at all. I asked around when I finally PCSd to Jackson and wanted to find a place that did skin fades or used a razor. I was told about Caveman, contacted them about skin fades and gave them a shot.Stephanie greeted me upon waking in and she even remembered I had contacted her a few days earlier. We discussed what I wanted and what I got was hands down the best skin fade (haircut) I've ever had in my life! She is an artist with the clippers and she's very professional and friendly too. I've been here five times now and have even brought my son and every time I'm amazed at how good she is. We talk non-stop while I'm in her chair, something I've never done with anyone in the past, because she makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I'm more than a customer here and it shows.I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone who is looking for an amazing haircut, you will not be disappointed. I'm just getting here to Columbia and this will be my spot for the next few years.

Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet
Great ambience, our family has visited flaming grill on many occasions since moving to SC. Flaming grill had great word of mouth reviews from many of the guys on base. But let me say again "had"! Our past two visits were crap, the service sucked and the staff took FOREVER stocking the hot bar, we absolutely love the fried blue crab however the pan stayed EMPTY. we intentionally overstayed our visit just to see how the staff handled the situation especially since my husband mentioned the DRY pans more than once... OK so once it was replenished it was enough for like 5 customers SAD!!!!!! Come on Flaming grill step up your service! Why should PAYING customers have to struggle and beg for GOOD Service!!! KEEP THE FOOD STOCKED!

La Brasca Five Minute Pizza
Tried their pizza for the first time and it was delicious!! Reminded me of this place from my childhood. Not New York style or takeout style so if you are expecting that taste you will be disappointed. However if you have ever eaten at an old pizza establishment from 50's-70's this will be an excellent choice. Do all pizza's have to taste the same? Where is the fun in that? Sauce is sweet and crust is different but it is not frozen (as I saw it accused of it is just different!! I loved it and so did my family!! You should try it for yourself. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because I like a variety of dressing on my salad and this place only offers house Italian (it was simple but the salad was still good enough though)I

J Peters Grill Bar
Has Potential, but much room to improve. Only been open this location 3weeks so i'll cut them a bit of slack. But i went there twice in one week and both experiences were the same. The staff is really poorly trained and perapred The food is OK, but nothing special. Fries (so simple) were big, bland and undercooked both times. Both times I went to the bar asking for a very simple cocktail and both times the two different bartenders didnt know how to make it.The guy who seems to be the manager is annoying and aggressive and there seems to be a huge hole in the attitude there. PLATINUM service is not what you are getting.Hopefully it will improve as they iron things out and hire better staff. but as of now dont recommend

Mr Friendly's New Southern
Visited this restaurant about a week ago. The atmosphere was great but the food was horrible. I was looking for a great southern local restaurant and travelocity ranked this place as one of the top 10 restaurants in the area. Reading the menu, I was very excited and the look of the food was also great but the food taste bland and nasty. The server never asked about how did we like the food or anything. I should have caught on to something because the place was empty when we arrived.

Econo Auto Painting
1 star for service4 star for qualityThey did a good job on the painting.Called when it was promised and it was not ready. Told to call back a couple hours later. Called back and still not ready. Told it would be ready at 10 am the next day. Called the next day and was told they were spraying it. Finally got the car back.If you want a decent inexpensive paint job and don't mind it taking longer than promised, this wouldn't be a bad place to go.

Tony's Pizza Downtown
This italian/pizza restaurant is one of Columbia's best kept secrets. I would recommend it to all. The service, food and portions are all excellent. It amazes me how so few no about this establishment. Their prices are Fantastic. You get a lot for your buck here and the quality, well lets just say my mouth is watering for more right now while I am writing this. If you have the opportunity GO GO GO.

J Peters Grill Bar
We ate here last Friday night. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The food took quite a while to arrive at our table. My husband had the J. Peter burger and liked it very much. I was disappointed that there is not any vegetarian offerings. I got the collards and fries. The collards had pork in them but I figured they might. A veggie burger on the menue would be awesome!

Eargles Paint & Body Shop
they were amazing, having just moved to the area, and having been in an accident while drive down here from PA, they came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations, from beginning to end, they help with everything, even set us up with a rental, and the workmanship is A+++++ it looks great, so if you need paint and body work look no further, this is the place.

Mr Friendly's New Southern
I'm working on the road this week so that means scouting out great dining spots. This place really fills the bill. I tried the tomato watermelon salad, fried catfish, collard greens, and grits. The flavors, textures, and presentation were very nice. They have a solid wine list something to complement any dish and with good values across all price points.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
