The problem with scores is that some are one star and others five. Philips elsewhere receives a vast number of only five stars. About vast, there are a vast number of disagreeables who ineptly communicate and then blame others. I would never have a business and or a job that deals directly with the public.

The absolute worst sales and service experience possible. Salesmen are authentically uninterested in respecting your time or treating you respectfully. They attempted to show me 2 vehicles in a test drive and NEITHER of the vehicles wouldn't start up at the time of the test drive. This dealership will LURE YOU INTO THEIR STORE WITH FALSE ADVERTISING. Make SURE you call before wasting your gas, as most of the prices assume that you are a current Cadillac owner, or that you are incapable of reading fine print and hidden agendas. Absolutely horrific experience--do NOT waste your time or frustrations.

Worst car buying experience ever! Brought a used car from here 7 months ago which had 17,000 miles on it. After about 2 weeks of owning the car I noticed a loud clunking/ rattling noise, took the car back to dickdyer "they said take it to a chevy dealership it's under warranty " so I did. 6 months later I'm still dealing with chevy about this car after they already replaced the transmission. So, yesterday 4/30/16 I went and spoke to the used car manager at dickdyer name Chris , (now after buying this car paying $780.00 month, dealing with chevy for 6 months , In and out of rental cars, countless times at the chevy service centers, phone calls. Ect) I also purchased 2 brand new Toyota Camry's for my wife and referred my family to buy from here...this is what Chis at dickdyer had to say " well the problem isn't with us here at dickdyer, it's with chevy. It's there product! Basically he said you brought it, it yours.I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone, Company sucks!

I recently purchased a Kawasaki 610 4x4 Mule at Columbia Powersports on Two Notch Rd. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth with no hidden surprises. My salesman, Bruce, was very helpful in demonstrating the product as well as patient while I took my time in deciding when to purchase. He returned my phone calls promptly as I had a few questions after leaving the dealership. Karen, who handled the actual transaction, was professional and Jack delivered the unit in a very courteous manner while explaining the operation of the machine. My overall experience was very positive. I would recommend Columbia Powersports to anyone.

In may I was traveling thru columbia on a bike. I had a flat tire on interstate 77. Being from Florida and not knowing a soul in Columbia, I was unsure of where to go for help. Someone suggested col. pwsports. I called, they came right over and picked up me and my bike . The service department wheeled me right in. They replaced my bike tire quickly, professionally and got me back on the road. I would recommend columbia powersports for any motorcycle service needs.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved on my recent purchase of an ATV. The staff (and my sales associate, Shaw), was very friendly and quite knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I had, no matter how simple they may have been (since I didn't know a great deal about ATVs). Being a female who had only limited knowledge about 4 Wheelers, I did not feel in any way that I was being taken advantage of during my decision making. They also made suggestions as to places that were good to ride. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, thus making my purchase that much better! Thanks guys and gals! I will be back!
