Carolina Foot Clinic
I was referred to Dr. Lanza, Carolina Foot Clinic for several foot problems I was having. After x-raying my feet, Dr. Lanza saw how bad they really were. I had broken toes, degentative arthritis, a hammertoe and numerous other problems with my feet. He prescribed a surgical shoe and set me to the hospital to have a bone scan of my feet. My feet were so bad they ended up doing a complete body bone scan. The bone scan resulted in recommending an MRI. After all the test were done, I had a collasped broken vertibre in my lower back and degentative arthritis in my total spine, shoulders, knees, hips, wrists, legs and both feet. I had 3 breakes in my right foot and ankle. I had back surgery about 4 weeks from when this all started. I now wear a total back brace for the arthritis and a foot brace for my right foot. If Dr. Lanza had not been as quick and professional as he was, I do not know what condition I would be in now. Because he did in excess of his regular job I can get around and funtion to a hlgh level for my age. It is my understanding that you do not get well from this problem, but with the right doctors and sound advice you can have a pretty normal life. I will probably have more fractures and brakes as time goes on but I have an excellent doctor to help me through all of these problems. Thank you Dr. Lanza for being there for me and I will recommend you to anyone I know with foot problems.. Grace Haley-Aspnes

Columbiana Nails & Spa
I am shocked at all of the poor reviews. I had an excellent time there. I am from Chicago, and was down in south carolina doing college visits. I wanted to get my nails done before I went to georgia and tried this nail salon. I got acrylics and a pedicure and my cousin received acrylics and an eyebrow wax. My pedicure was fantastic, and the man who did my nails and toes was very sweet. I asked for a different shape than I normally get for my nails and they looked perfect, and are still on. With most salons I go to, the acrylics stay on for maybe two weeks and fall off, but mine are still going, even after two weeks of fierce typing for a class and nannying. My cousin had no complaints about her visit either. The place is a little expensive, but I do believe that the price greatly reflects the quality of the treatment I received, not to mention the fact that while I was waiting for my nails to dry, bumped my thumb on the table and the man repainted my nail happily and free of charge. If I decide to go to school in Columbia I will definitely go back here

Columbiana Nails & Spa
I used to frequent this location a lot, but I noticed about a year ago the changes that had occurred with who can do this and no longer that. The manager in charge was not trying to offer me what I needed on natural nails for a wedding saying my nails were too short and I needed to get a full set (that was not going to happen). This last visit the service was friendly but the technician was not as attentive to my pedicure as I am accustomed to. She was young and I had to bring to her attention where more work was needed. This location is NOT what it used to be "Quality Un-Rushed Service."

Just moved to the area & decided to try this spot for a pedi. I went on a random Wednesday afternoon and was the only person in the shop. The shop was very clean like the other reviewer mentioned. The older gentleman who did my pedicure didn't say two words to me the whole time. My chair massager didn't work, so it was just hard & lumpy. He didn't use anything to separate my toes when he polished them. The pedicure was decent, but I think I'll shop around for a different place for my pedis. I want good customer service and a good pedicure at the same time.

Bon Vive Massage Therapy
I have been using Bon Vive for over a year now. My therapist Susan is very professional and skilled. She concentrates on deep tissue massage of my left arm which is disabled due to a stroke. Her techniques provide me a great deal of comfort and have improved the range of motion in my arm. The office is always clean and comfortable. Susan has a very mellow personality and accommodates her customers' schedules and desires. Highly recommended !!

Alicia Muncatchy, LMT,MMP
Being a Physical Therapist, I am extremely picky when it comes to massage therapy. In my opinion, there are so many massage therapists that aren't familar with basic anatomy.....Alicia was the complete opposite. Her knowledge shined through the use of her hands. Her trigger point techniques were great as well. You can tell she cares about the well being of her clients. I will definitely see her again.

Amazing service. My first time here , the wait took a little bit but service with ANN was beyond amazing. If you go to donnas nail ask for ann. I realized being here there was an awfully nasty technician named LEE who belittled and bullied all the other employee which was quite disgusting to watch. Ann has been amazing and the sweetest soul , purest heart I've met in a long time .

Capital Nail & Spa
We had the most amazing experience at Capital Nail & Spa today! I am so pleased with them that we will be making the 45 minute drive again to visit.I got a full set of pink and whites, and my son's girlfriend and I both got pedicures. All I can say is I really didn't want to leave. We were so pampered, and the service was amazing! I am so thankful we found them!!

Lee Nails
Kayla and Thomas has been doing my here for some time now. I get a manicure and a pedicure ( Shellac) every 3 weeks. Even with everyday use my Shellac lasts. My nails has grown out well with Kayla's care. I would recommend Lee's Nail 100%. One must remember that after you have left the nail spa the care of your nails is entirely up to you.Cheri

Top Nail
I do appreciate the staff and they are friendly the place is clean. Fungus can be caught even if you don't get pedicures how well do you keep up your care. I have recommended several people and they are happy with the care and service. I give it a four because it is always crowded and the wait can be lengthy.
Tips & Advices
Examples of podiatric specialties include orthopedics, primary care, sports medicine, surgery, podopediatrics, and wound care and management.
Podiatrists can perform surgery on the foot, ankle, and related lower extremity structures. These procedures can range from noninvasive to reconstructive.
Podiatrists can provide stem cell therapy, custom orthotics, foot and ankle surgery, and treatment for toenail fungus, common foot issues, and ingrown nails, among many other services.
Every visit with a podiatrist varies depending on the condition and the amount of discussion and treatment necessary. Initial appointments can last up to 45 minutes, while subsequent routine meetings take at least 30 minutes.
In most cases, foot and ankle services that podiatrists provide are covered by health insurance. Not all podiatrists participate in all health insurance plans, however. Consult your specific coverage to better understand its podiatry offerings.
