Auto Glass Now Columbia
I had an unfortunate event all of my windows were busted out of my car every single one !!!!!! I got in touch with auto glass now and they went above and beyond for me !! Plus the manager understood my situation and that waiting for glass was not an option he went and picked the glass up himself and all my windows were done in a day when I got quotes from another company the prices were twice as much and I would have had to have the work spread out I will never take my car to another place thanks auto glass now

Ace Glass Co Inc
December 2014, Daniel Sweat, glued a side mirror on my 1988 Chevrolet pick-up. He was very kind. Today, June 15, 2015 the rear view mirror on my pick-up needed repair. Mr. Sweat fixed my mirror in less than 5 minutes! I appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Sweat. His behavior is worthy of emulation by all public service employees. Hats off to ACE GLASS for outstanding work!

I dont have full coverage on my truck so I had to shop around. I called several other places and auto glass now was the cheapest. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my winshield done in about an hour. Everything looks great! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Century Glass
Bought a windshield from them. Quoted the lowest price out of 7 different glass shops in Columbia SC. Came home to install it. They were very nice over the phone, and the guy who installed the windshield was very nice too. Fully recommend.

The team from Palmetto State Glass that worked on my project was great. They worked together to get through some road blocks that occurred on the job site, and they worked as a team to get the job done on time and in a professional manner.

Tips & Advices
If you have comprehensive coverage, some - if not all - of the windshield repair and replacement costs are covered by the insurance company. Check with your insurance company to inquire about what they are able to pay. It’s also important to consider the deductible. If the cost of the replacement/repair is greater than the current deductible, the insurance company can cover the difference. But if the repair costs are less than the deductible, you will have to pay the full cost out of pocket.
Generally, most professionals can install a new windshield in around one hour and can make repairs in less than 30 minutes.
Wait 24 hours before entering a car wash with a new or repaired windshield. The high water pressures and cleaning chemicals could damage the windshield adhesive.
Most professional installers advise waiting an hour before driving again with a new or repaired windshield.
The cost of replacing a windshield can vary even more than getting it repaired, because the vehicle’s make and model, not the severity of the crack/chip, determine costs. Newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
