Assured Property Management, LLC
Would not recommend this company. They are not responsive to maintenance requests (even urgent ones), and don't seem very organized with their records. They respond to requests and say they'll send someone out, but never do. Aren't very polite on the phone. Wouldn't rent from again.

District Flats
Apparently, when I tried to update this review, YP deleted the review I previously posted on 12/15/15 in which I told parents not to consider having their children rent from District Flats. We were double charged for August rent. I attempted to resolve the matter, but instead the manager threatened to evict my son during mid terms, so I paid the disputed amount. Although Kelly, the previous manager, has been relieved of her position, I have heard from current tenants who say the management is just as bad as it was under Kelly.I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General because of the August, 2015 rent double charge. I had previously tried to resolve the issue with the manager, who first hung up on me and then refused to return my phone calls. I wrote a letter to corporate which was never answered. Not only were we reimbursed for the double charged rent, but so were 14 other students. Since DF refused to do a final walk through on the apartment but charged $200 for cleaning, I also asked for and received a reimbursement for funds withheld from the deposit.

Slum lord will let your neighbor attempt to infest you with bedbugs. No maintenance to speak of; my dishwasher was broken for two months with weekly calls to said slum lord. Trash all about in the neighborhood. Four drug dealers living on this street, so there are regular shootings at the elementary school bus stop. Please don't lease here if you have another option.

HuHot Mongolian Grill
I am never going back to HuHot after tonight. The food quality is down and prices still up. Everyone in my entire house is now either sick to their stomach or in the bathroom. The food quality used to be much better! What happened? This experience was NOT worth the money. Also, the manager lied on the phone about the length of time it takes any food borne illness symptoms to start. He claimed his information comes from the health department. 1. The manager is not telling the truth. or 2. The health department is giving information blatantly against FDA info on food borne illnesses. Now I know better. Don eat at HuHot. I would have been happier with two sandwiches, a small fry, and a large soda from McDonald's.

Modern Property Groups
If I could I would rate a 0.The matenence on their buildings is a joke in 3 months I have had 3 water problems with water pouring into my apartment 3 times. It takes way to long to respond and repair problems as well . If the maintenance is busy hire more people if only as occasional contractors. I would and never will recommend them to anyone.

Plaza Commercial Real Estate
I have just recently starting working with Plaza, and so far they have exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely pleasant, hard working, and accommodating to my commercial needs thus far.

Bev Curtis & Associates
Bev Curtis not only lists your home--she sells it! Her staff did a superior job of photographing our home to show the best features. She communicated on a weekly basis to keep us informed of any feedback from showings, and was extremely helpful in making positive suggestions in order to sell our home. Bev continued to assist us right up to closing to make sure all necessary details of the sale were completed.Selling one's home can be daunting, but with the Bev Curtis Team, you can be assured that their support throughout the process will measure up to the task in every way.

Bev Curtis & Associates
Bev truly went above and beyond in helping us find the right house. As first time homebuyers, new to the process, Bev was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us. I have no doubt that had we gone with a different realtor that we would not be as happy as we are today in our new home!

Piotter Nursery
I can't say enough good things about Piotter's Nursery. Over the past 5 years and 2 houses, i've purchased most of my landscaping trees and shrubs from them and they have been fantastic. Between the unusual varieties and Missouri Natives, they have a much different selection that what you'll find at the chain hardware/garden stores. The stock that they have is always in great shape and if a tree has even the slightest sign of disease (even if you couldn't tell) they won't send you home with it. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just a treat to work with. Anytime i have a hole in my yard, I'm going to Piotter's to fill it.
Tips & Advices
The primary service of nurseries is production and/or sale of plants, trees, and related products. Some nurseries provide delivery and installation of plants and trees. Nurseries can also provide irrigation materials, service and irrigation management, landscape design and maintenance, lawn care, and tree service and maintenance.
While there are many nurseries that provide various product guarantees (usually with limitations), each establishment has its own set of rules and policies. Ask questions and do your research before buying.
Nurseries are able to nurture a plant from seedling to mature plant with skill, potentially increasing its longevity and health. All you have to do is maintain it. Nurseries have the resources and personnel to handle a wide variety of plant life, which creates a more diverse selection for the consumer, and can help  guide you in growing your own green thumb.
Besides the obvious geographical difference, the main thing separating indoor from outdoor plants is their temperature tolerance. Some require cooler temperatures and shade; others need more direct sunlight and warmth; some are flexible and able to thrive in either environment, provided the temperature differences are not extreme.
The best plants for low-maintenance care include ficus, spider plant, Mother In Law’s Tongue, cacti or cactus, Peace Lily, Touch-Me-Not, ivy, succulents, and Kalanchoe. Each of these plants requires minimal watering and attention (but still might like you to talk to them).
