I went to this Gap location to buy some jeans, and the manager was very helpful. I was looking for a specific color and style and she helped me find it. However, while I was in the fitting room, an employee came in, rapidly knocked on the door of the fitting room that I was in, didn't wait for me to give a response (even though the door was closed and I had some things on the floor), and then she opened the door. A customer was standing right next to her and I was only half clothed. She proceeded to laugh at me and say "oops" in a very sarcastic voice. And then she shut the door without apologizing. I was very shaken by the situation and went home in tears because I was just seen by two people in my underwear and felt very humiliated. My roommate called them and told them what happened. The manager tried to argue that it may not have been intentional, but I know it was because this girl (named Mary) is my boyfriend's ex. My roommate made this clear to the manager. I didn't see her when I first came in and afterwards I was still very cordial with her, even though what she did was obviously intentional and just meant to humiliate me. I doubt anything will happen to her and she probably won't lose her job. I am definitely going to call Gap when I am more calm and can explain my story better, hopefully something will come out of it. I just can't believe that she would breach protocol and invade my privacy because she knows who I am...and probably doesn't like me. Very unprofessional. I feel very violated and humiliated. This is probably a situation unique to me, and does not reflect the character of this Gap location as a whole. Overall, the other employees are very polite and helpful.

I absolutely adore the girls at Cost Cutters on Conley Road. I always ask for Emily because I have learned I can trust her to always do an amazing job!! They are all such sweet and genuine people and so great with kiddos. My 3 year old loves the girls there and I won't go anywhere else!

I will never go to a place like cost cutters again. I wanted sarah to cut my hair and emily did it. Was going to return a few weeks later to get highlights when i had been contacted that sarah was fired after being there for 2 weeks. Right before christmas. You guys are a pathetic company for firing someone whos haircuts take longer than 45 min. I will never be back.

When I went in, Fatima was on the phone and made me wait. Then, the phone rang again and she answered it and made me wait more.I think she is not an expert because I constantly had to guide her.Poor customer service.

When looking for SHEARLOCKS ph # I saw the 1 * rating. I was shocked. I called for a appt and asked what happened. Ishan had rented a both out to a hair dresser n the story is true. Unfortunately, Shearlocks as a whole took the hit.So let me tell you my experience..Went with a freind As I spoke Ishan the owner who is from Turkey. When I had learned that he once lived in London. I asked with major excitement in my voice. Do you know how to do this hair cut that I was describing to him. He said yes yes. I did not think I would ever get it again. When I came home from my trip of a life time in 1991. I went my hair dresser. He assured me he could do it again. I'm thinking just follow the cut, right!!NOT! When Ishan does my hair I get so many compliments. Ishan told me about one of their clients that had gotten married on a cruise and took Ishan and his wife to do the hair and nails. So my five stars should help give you another perspective. thank goodness for Shearlocks.

Worse salon experience I have ever had. They did not write my reservation down and had other apps booked during my time. I had taken off Work and was using vacation time. Color came out totally wrong and had to be redone and still not great, noticed the following morning some missed spots. Washed my hair at a sink with no neck brace very uncomfortable. Painful while she worked my hair, pulling my hair when combing, there over 3 hours will not return
