Auto Glass Now
Wow, great service and a great price on windshields. I had a business vehicle and a personal vehicle with badly cracked windshields. I call my mechanic and asked where the best place to get auto glass was. He told me to go to Auto Glass Now on Fillmore. I called and made an appointment.I told them what vehicles needed the new windshield and they ordered in the correct windshields for each vehicle. I dropped off the vehicles and they were done in 2 hours. The windshield look great and the price was unbelievable. I used to wait until my windshield were really bad, but now I can afford to replace them without even using my insurance. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have a fleet of vehicle for my business and we will be getting all of our glass from Auto Glass Now.

These guys were great. They were very professional over the phone. I got an appointment for the very next day early that morning. When I got there they were ready for me and got it done before they told me they would be done. Great company would recommend them to any one. Thank you for your awesome work.

Quick and inexpensive, we checked many places and this was the best deal. Also they are located in a plaza with many other interesting businesses to check out while you are waiting. We would definitely use their services again, we were very satisfied.

They gave me the lowest quote plus got my car in the shop on the same day. One competitor said it would take 90 minutes to replace my windshield. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely return if the need arises in the future.

I was going to use safelight because I thought they were the only place. I am so glad I passed by auto glass now. They saved me $$ and they were very knowledgable. They also got me in before my appointment time.

Got a same day appointment which was helpful in winter, more popular place cost more and would take 3 days. Glad to try this place. Took truck and seems about an hour service in decent waiting room.

Tips & Advices
If you have comprehensive coverage, some - if not all - of the windshield repair and replacement costs are covered by the insurance company. Check with your insurance company to inquire about what they are able to pay. It’s also important to consider the deductible. If the cost of the replacement/repair is greater than the current deductible, the insurance company can cover the difference. But if the repair costs are less than the deductible, you will have to pay the full cost out of pocket.
Generally, most professionals can install a new windshield in around one hour and can make repairs in less than 30 minutes.
Wait 24 hours before entering a car wash with a new or repaired windshield. The high water pressures and cleaning chemicals could damage the windshield adhesive.
Most professional installers advise waiting an hour before driving again with a new or repaired windshield.
The cost of replacing a windshield can vary even more than getting it repaired, because the vehicle’s make and model, not the severity of the crack/chip, determine costs. Newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
