Rooter Town
These guys are absolutely amazing. They came out and gave me a full run down of what was going on. When they ran a camera through my drain they made sure they didn't start until I could be out there watching so that I could see for myself what was going on and make an informed decision. We unfortunately had to have a lot of work done, but they gave me a VERY fair price. They were very fast and I am confident the job got done right. I would also like to add that they were the kindest, most professional workers I have ever met. They talked to my two year old and laughed with him and even shared a cup of coffee with me while explaining the cost and what would need to be done. I didn't feel pressured or pushed at all. While I really only got to interact with Tom and Al (I think!) it was a pleasure having all the guys from Rooter Town here. I love this company and would gladly pay them to come again. They are so good I would use them even if they weren't so cheap. I'm beyond thrilled with my experience with this company.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
We had a kitchen sink drain blockage. I tried to correct the problem myself but the blockage was beyond my capabilities. I called Roto-Rooter Friday morning at 8am and had a technician out by noon. The customer service employees were very helpful and called me several times to give me updates as to when I should have a technician out here. I received a phone call when the technician, Zach, tech number 2703, was on his way. He showed up in less time then I was quoted. I couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional, and thorough person. He assessed the situation not only at the kitchen sink, but also at the clean-out in the crawlspace to make sure the job was being done correctly. He brought in material to keep our hardwood floors clean and protected and left without any cleanup work needed on my part. He also explained exactly what had happened to cause our problems in the first place. I will definitely ask for him again!! Very satisfied!!!

Pro Power Rooter
We were having major backup problems with our main sewer line, I am unemployed as of Feb and having some financial difficulties so we have to watch the spending really close. We called a few plumbing companies in Colorado springs and Pro power rooter was the second place that gave us a price quote over the phone. The first place quoted us $140.00 to clear out the drain, Pro power rooter said they would do it for $90.00. The service man came within an hours time, he cleared the drain and showed us some tree roots that were clogging the drain, then he tested it with us flushing our toilets and running our washing machine. Everything was good so he cleaned up the mess and was gone less than an hour of being here. We will call them if we ever have any other drain problems again.

Reardon Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
Professional. Trustworthy. Friendly. Reliable. Honest. Everyone at Reardon Plumbing is absolutely wonderful to work with. They've fixed a few of my plumbing issues and I'll call them every single time I need to in the future--although I'm sure I'll run out of reasons to call them because they do quality work, and I trust that anything they fix will last a long time. For the first time, I almost look forward to specialists coming over to fix problems in my home because I know that the entire process--from scheduling an appointment with Haily all the way through Chris packing up his truck to leave--will be wonderful.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
Although the technician, Craig, arrived at 6:40 (had scheduled a 4-6 slot), he informed me of everything he was doing, talked me through the process, and cleaned my sink out within 30 minutes. I was struggling by myself, but he was professional and helpful. I could never find a cost for everything, and after reading the reviews on here, I also feel a little overcharged. I had bought an auger for 25 bucks last night, and I was about 15 feet short of the blockage, he said. So if I had just upgraded the auger, I'd be fine. Sure, a little pricey, but hopefully this will NEVER happen again. Thanks, Craig!

Pro Power Rooter
Choosing Pro Power Rooter was a very good decision that we made. They were by far the lowest in prices for their drain cleaning service, the technician came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable! He did a great job in helping us with our backed up drain. The person answering the phone at Pro Power was very quick and professional. We also called 3 other plumbing companies in Colorado springs who advertised 24/7 and all we got were answering machines, we were unimpressed. After this experience if we have another plumbing problem we will definitely use them again!

Pro Power Rooter
Mark came out to our house (between Falcon and Peyton) this evening and unclogged our main sewer line. Everything in the house was backed up with nothing draining properly and within less than an hour, he had everything running smoothly. He told me he would beat any quote I had gotten which he did. I had been on the phone all day long and even had another guy come out and say he couldn't do it. Mark came in got the job done, gave us a little advice on something that needed to be done with our septic and was gone. Courteous, efficient, affordable, I highly recommend.

Pro Power Rooter
We had a great experience of working with Pro power rooter, the plumber technician came right on time. His diligence and efforts to resolve our plumbing drain clog issue was greatly appreciated. He worked many hours until he was able to expose our problem and fix it. His services were provided on a late night evening which made his efforts even more appreciated since we could feel secure that we could use our shower the next morning with out any more problems, I would highly recommend Pro Power Rooter to my family and friends!

Arrow Plumbing & Heating
I had to use a plumber for the first time in 20 years and was surprised how honest Jeff was. I thought I had a busted pipe because water came gushing down from the ceiling in my garage. I was worried about a huge bill but instead Jeff told me I had a clogged drain and he had the problem fixed in no time. I will recommend them to all my friends and who ever is in need of a plumber. He could have easily cut the ceiling to check what the problem is and collect big time but he stayed honest and did not try to get over on me.

Pro Power Rooter
Mark was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some great advise on how to avoid future issues. We had a clogged sewer line and mark used ingenuity and skill to remove some large root balls out of our sewer. I could not be more happy with the work he did. Mark also had great communication, he always returned my texts/calls promptly and was able to resolve our issue within 24 hours of me calling. I highly recommend using Pro Power Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.
Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ΒΌ-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
