Everything about our experience with Fogg's Auto far exceeded our expectations. First off, they are not just for Porsches (although that is what they specialize in). Our Toyota Sequoia was hit by a deer; we had to have the front passenger fender replaced, as well as the hood & door repaired. Even from our first visit to get an estimate they already began exceeding our expectations. After the deer incident, the passenger door wouldn’t open (we had to climb through the driver’s side). Without us even asking, Fogg’s volunteered to quickly pop out the bent metal so we could at least open the passenger door. They did this for free. This was the 4th place I had gotten an estimate—no one else offered to do this. Just that step made me pretty much sold to be their customer. The repair estimate from Fogg’s was reasonable and in-line with the other shops (even slightly cheaper than a couple). We decided to self-pay for the repair to avoid our insurance going up (although they would have worked with our insurance if needed, too). The process of getting it repaired was flawless. The drop-off was fast and the project was complete when they said it would be. The repair itself is beautiful. You would never know anything happened. Their paint work is amazing, as perfect as you would expect from a place that works on high-end cars. Fogg’s has an obvious attention-to-detail, getting all the details just right on the hood, fender and door. In fact, when we went to pick up the car, I noticed an employee walking around the car looking at their work, just doing one final check to make sure everything was perfect. Fogg’s also did a beautiful interior / exterior detail of the car. This might be typical for auto body shops, but it was a nice surprise for us—especially because we have young kids and the car was quite a mess inside! Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Lastly, being self-pay, they even came in under-budget by a couple hundred dollars. As I said at the start, Fogg’s is a rare find indeed, and exceeded our expectations in every way. They have a customer for life and I will be referring as many people as I can there. I was referred to Blossers by a friend after I had an accident with my 2015 RAM 1500. Fortunately we were all ok, and we were not at fault for the accident, but the front end of my truck was smashed. This was a very difficult, and traumatic thing to go through. We were blessed to have Chuck and his crew take care of us. That is exactly what they did from moment one. He explained everything in detail, parts needed, steps of repair, the safety and storage of your vehicle while at the shop, and gave a timeline estimate (which he was way under in the end). I don't write reviews because I am hesitant and don't want to lead someone into what may not have a good outcome for them. I am confident though that anyone who chooses Blossers will be treated fairly, respectfully, honestly, and offered the highest quality repair service.
By far the best auto collision shop I have taken my vehicle to. Mark and Lee and all the staff were great! Some vandals tried to break in and fell from a skylight onto the hood of my BMW while it was being repaired at another shop. I took it to Marks Collision Classics (recommended by the owner of the repair shop) Mark said to me that he would order a brand new hood from the BMW Dealer, he did this in spite of the insurance company bid of an after market hood. I picked the car up today.........It looks FANTASTIC! The paint match was perfect and the hood fit was perfect. Mark said it would take four days and that's exactly how long it took. This shop is excellent in all phases. I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to take my Mercedes there if ever I needed to.Sincerely, Fred Colorado Springs CO.
Absolutely the best customer service and auto repair in Colorado! Kept me updated through the entire repair, including reporting additional repairs I had missed to my insurance so that they were covered as well! Let me drop off the rental vehicle there when I went to get my truck. Detailed my entire truck for free!!! And they were exceptionally friendly to boot! I'll never use any other repair shop!
I had warranty work done on my Trax at Al Serra South. The service advisor, Ben, and the service tech, #297465 (Michael, I think), were outstanding. They had my car done in 30 minutes, answered all of questions and were both so polite and professional. I will definitely be back and request both of them to do any work I need done.
I had not had my new car for 90 days when I was in a accident . I took my car into Blosser's to get it repaired. Blosser's repaired my car in a timely manor and were very helpful & my car looks FANTASTIC ! thank you to Mike & Chuck for going above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired correctly!
I took my truck in for its first oil change and was pleased with service I received. Ben Johnson was very helpful and informative. I ended up putting different tires on also. He was very helpful in helping me pick out which tires would be good for winter. I will definitely return for all services!

It's always a pleasure haggling with the Al Serra dealership. Since this is the 4th new car I have bought from this dealership I seem to get preferential treatment and a great deal although they definitely make me earn it.
