    Horrible company, call another company. I've been hung up on by dishspatchers, cabs never show up, called at 5pm for a 10pm pickup 2 hours later called springs cab and was picked up 15 min later, yellow cab calls me at 1:30 am asking if I still needed a ride , on a snowy night was told they only have 2 cabs out for all of Colorado Springs,, don't bother calling they don't want your business

    In 40 + Years of periodically depending on Yellow Cab in a pinch, THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH, ALWAYS, Clean Cars, Clean + Pleasant Drivers, only had trouble with 1 Driver EVER who just didn't want to take Credit Cards + the other Drivers straightened her out. These folks are independent contractors / subcontractors who pay through the nose for their right to drive for Yellow Cab, so cut them some slack, Between my Family + Friends, 40 + Years + 100's of Miles, Yellow Cab has always come through for us, Springs Cab is WEAK + Ride Shares are too RISKY, No Background Checks, ETC. . With Yellow Cab you know your Drivers been checked out. With Ride Shares you are playing the percentages till you finally run into an AXE MURDER, NO I'M NOT KIDDING. WANT TO BE SAFE ? CALL YELLOW CAB IF THEY ARE SUPER BUSY, THEY ARE STILL GOING TO GET TO YOU. NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, I JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD READ A 40 + YEAR HONEST REVIEW OF C / SPGS. YELLOW CAB. HOPE THIS INFO. HELPS YOU MAKE THE CORRECT DECISION.

    Yellow cab dispatchers are the rudest people I have ever had the dubious pleasure to speak with. They speak with poor language skills and I feel they are unaware of customer service or they simply do not care. I called for a cab for my daughter, they did not arrive on time, did not call her as I ask ( she works in a large medical complex) and spent 10 minutes there (charging her for the time) before they found her. They are awful!! I recommend calling Springs Cab. These people are courteous, helpful, punctual and extremely knowledgeable about the city!!! Call Springs Cab!!!

    Avoid this company. I got scammed by their older, scraggly haired hippyish driver. He showed up on time for a trip to the airport, and I gave him two twenties, carefully fanned out, for a $38 fare, which he accepted. Then I gave him a $5 tip. After I checked my bag I was halfway to security when he came up behind me and called out, showing me ONE twenty and a five. Avoid this company, and get a receipt before you leave the cab, and preferably before you hand over the money, or a credit card if you dare. Can't imagine what would happen with that.

    What people fail to understand is that the problem is not with the person taking your phone call. They are nothing more than a minimum wage an hour dispatch service for the drivers. The driver's are all Independent Contractors who ultimately are the one's who decide if a person will ever be picked up. If they don't like the area of town or whatever, you will not be picked up, simple as that. The person taking your call does not possess the power or authority to do anything about the situation whatsoever. Complaints should be directed towards the drivers who refuse to do their jobs or the upper level management that doesn't care enough to make the drivers do their jobs.

    I just spoke to a shuttle service. They told me that Yellow Cab is the only taxi service in Colorado Springs. According to the comments I have read I believe that Yellow Cab needs some competition. Why is that not happening? What happened to the Bus service from Monument to Colorado Springs? The bus service NEEDS to be re-instated. The people needs choices.

    They're rude!! Don't care at all about the customer and give you no kind of re-embersment. Gave them an address waited around for 30 mins or so( like normal) then received the automated message that my cab had arrived, when no cab was even confused and called back. They told me they had arrived and no one was there (I had been sitting out on the curb so I know no one showed up) I called them to see what was going on........they told me that the driver had shown up at the right address and no one was there.........I told them of the situation and they asked me ( while laughing in my face) if I had the right address....i told them where I was at AGAIN....this next time I saw the cab...3 blocks up...called right when I saw it and right after they left the same automated call.....again they missed me and I called them back stating this and I got laughed at, i asked to speak to a supervisore and she literally made me feel worse then the other employee's did......I called and got told some one would be coming 6 times and no one ever did come....I ended up calling Springs Cab and they found me and got me in 30 mins after I called them....WILL NEVER CALL YELLOW CAB AGAIN!!

    This cab company frequently treats customers rudely (talks unprofessionally about customers while unknowingly has them still on the line) and charges far too much and depending on the hour, charges rates that are predatory. Please avoid using this company if at all possible. Other cab companies that will probably give you better service are: Springs Cab 719.444.8686 and The Taxi Man Taxi and Delivery Service 719.339.8269.

    You may not Like yellow cab in Colorado springs. But if you want to be safe from Point A to B you might think twice. Spring cab cars have bald tires, Elec problems, and they keep raising drivers weekly rates. I spent my own money to put the word out about this company and I am sry. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ... kind of pricy, but they are prompt and courteous.
