Great Clips
Unfortunately, my experience at "Great Clips" wasn't so great. I asked for a fade and a beard trim and the woman that cut my hair managed to leave longer hairs, didn't trim my neck and the fade itself was just terrible. I do not recommend this place no matter how cheap the haircut is

Fantastic Sams
I went in on 1/10/17 to have an inch cut off my hair. I ended up with 3 inches being cut off... I have hardly any hair left. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and angry. This has happened one time before at this location. Pat Wilson

Avery's Salon
I have thick curly hair, and I have had many bad hair cuts in my life because people just don't know how to cut thick curly hair. But this hair cut is one of the worst I've had. I went in told her I needed it shortened a lot, she told me "So you need long layers, and want it framing your face?" I thought wow, great she knows what I need, and I said, "Yes." She finished very quickly and I had to stop her from putting product in my hair because it needed to be shorter and I could see it was cut very bluntly at the bottom. After some persuading I got her to put a couple layers in around my face. I was focused on that area and the fact that she clearly didn't know how to style my hair. I thought no big deal, I'll fix it later, that part isn't permanent. I gave her a hefty tip and left. The next day I went to try to style my hair and find SHE DIDN'T LAYER. Maybe a few layers at the bottom, but its so thick and heavy at the bottom unless I straightened it extremely straight (and even then) I have triangle head. It looks so bad, it even looks bad in a pony tail. Very upset with this salon, wish I could get my money back!

King's Beauty and Barber
Debbie has been cutting my hair for quite sometime now and always does a great job. She always pays attention to detail and gives you the cut that you want. Very friendly and personable. The prices are very affordable and the shop is pretty laid back.

Cool Cuts 4 Kids
If I could give 0 stars I would have. The woman who cut my 5 year old sons hair was horrible. He started crying while she was using clippers, saying it was hurting. Instead of stopping or doing it more gently, she repeatedly told HIM she wasn't hurting him. Quoted word for word, "I'm not hurting you, my love. I'm not paid to hurt you, I'm paid to cut your hair, and that's what I'm doing." I had to stop her so I could ask my son what specifically was hurting, and she blew everything off as if saying he wasn't in pain was going to somehow make the pain stop. Not only that, but the hair cut was a wreck, and I ended up having to fix it myself. The women who work here have no expertise in dealing with kids. Most have no experience with kids at all. They slap "4 Kids" at the end of it, and throw in some video games/movies and think that can somehow disguise the fact they have no idea how to treat a child. Bad haircut, BAD hairstylists. Find a place that knows how to treat kids well.
