Tac Tile
I hired TAC Tile for my bathroom remodel, and flooring throughout my house, and I am very happy with my decision.Terry was prompt from the time I first called .He was on his way to give me an estimate.I hired terry because he gave me great Ideas ,and had obvious knowledge in the remodeling business.Terry and his help showed up on time and I was amazed at the amount of work they did in a day, At the end of the day all demo was hauled away and everything was left clean.I had terry install a warm wire system under all the tile flooring. The work is absolutly perfect! very level and no lippage. The lay out in a pinwheel pattern he reccommended was a great choice, and everybody who comes over rants and raves about it !Come take a look anytime.I will highly recommend TAC Tile Thanks Terry!

Front Range Storage Solutions
We met this company and Blaine, its sales manager, last year at an expo show. We were in the market for epoxying our garage floor, but just took a card at the time because we wouldn't be able to do much until this year because of some work problems last fall. Well, when we were ready, we took a very nice no-pressure estimate from Blaine. We were just planning on doing the floor, but were pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive revamping a couple of upstairs closets were, too. Well, we went with the garage floor and two freedom rail closets (so cool!), and the job went smoothly and quickly (once the ordered pieces had arrived). The results are spectacular!! We love the new look, and the freedom rail system is very convenient. Thanks, Blaine!

A World of Tile
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My experience at this store was head and shoulders above what i'd experienced elsewhere looking for tile. They answered every question, taught me how to tile in their tile class, and my project not only looks amazing but I saved hundreds of dollars doing it. The store manager Chad was the friendliest salesperson I've ever worked with. If you knew how hard it is for me to make decisions and how quickly Chad helped me by showing me what it would look like, everyone would shop here. They are magicians of tile!

I had an idea to make a cool pantry in an unused area of our dining room, and my husband found this company. We went together to their 'design center' and met with Blaine, and he was very nice and helped us put together something with a product called Freedom Rail. The install went well, and I love my new pantry--it's exactly what I wanted!! These guys had so many other cool things they can do, too. We might contact them later for some closets, and my husband wants to set up storage in the garage. Thanks, Front Range Storage Solutions!

Front Range Storage Solutions
When we found Front Range Storage Solutions and learned that they were affiliated with Front Range Exteriors, we knew that they were a reputable company, since we were so happy with the work that exteriors did back in 2014. We received an estimate for refinishing and coating our basement floor (it was an unfinished basement we were renovating), had a fun time designing the color/flake combo, and the installation was fantastic! Highly recommend.

This was a very enjoyable, efficient, and professional process! We ended up with the closet I dreamt about ever since we bought the house a few years ago. My husband and I ended up going with an entire Organized Living Classica renovation, and it's just amazing! Blaine was very professional and fun to work with, and patient--I changed my mind 3 times! The install team was clean and worked quickly, and the results were gorgeous! Love it all!

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen
First I went to another cabinet store. The sales rep told me she didn't have time to help someone who only wanted 1 cabinet - very snotty. Then I went to Dreammakers-Julie was GREAT! We ordered 1 cabinet to fill-in an area in our kitchen. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. But more importantly, when the cabinet came in damaged, they made it right. We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

Front Range Storage Solutions
I initially called this company to come out and estimate refinishing and applying an epoxy coat to my garage floor. The salesman also showed me some products from 'organized living' and their garage storage system was so cool (and the price was decent) that I had them install some cabinets and work areas as well. The finished product was beautiful and practical. I love it. Very good company.

We were very pleased with the results and the process of installing some new custom closets in the upper bedrooms with this company. The estimate was interesting, the little showroom was cool to look at, and the actual installation of what we designed with Blaine ended up great. We'll be getting a paint estimate for the house from their sister company soon too (Front Range Exteriors).

Tips & Advices
In most states, contractors are required to have a license before taking a job. Some states also require registration. To be licensed, contractors must pass an exam and meet certain qualifications that prove he or she is a competent flooring contractor. Registration is simply a list of who will be performing a job.
The time it takes to install flooring depends on the type of flooring and the size of the room or rooms involved in the project. In one day, a typical contractor can usually install up to 2,000 square feet of carpet, 600 square feet of hardwood or laminate, or 400 square feet of tile or stone.
  • Do you have a professional license, insurance, and a business liability policy?
  • Who will work on the project?
  • Do you subcontract, and do you screen workers and have insurance policies to cover them?
  • Do you have references or examples of your work I can see?
  • Do you charge for an in-home estimate?
  • What type of flooring is best for my home in terms of architectural consistency, environmental influences (such as whether a certain type of flooring will be affected by humidity in my area), and durability?
Legally, insurance is not necessary, but it's a good idea for flooring contractors to have it. When hiring a flooring contractor, ask whether the business is insured. If it's not, consider that a red flag.
A flooring contractor should know the pros and cons of each flooring option. These might include pricing, time of installation, durability, and average lifespan of the material.
