The Grove Apartments
Never at the office when the times say they are. If you call they don't answer and if you leave a message don't expect a call back. The apartments would be amazing if the staff just wanted to help. BUT I guess we can't all run an apartment complex the right way. It would be nice to know the manager of the complex actually cared for residents however I have witnessed her stress and her lack of understanding THIS IS WHERE PEOPLE LIVE.

Arbor Point Apartments
As of January 1st of 2017, Arbor Pointe came under new management. Her name is Vicky and she is an absolute delight to talk too. Her staff is very informative and caring. Her maintenance staff is hardworking and only want the best. Since I am new to apartment life, when my husband and I left one day together, I left my key in the room. I caught one of the maintenance staff and explained how i got locked out. He got the master key and let me back in. What I didn't know was that he was leaving work. He was off and didn't give me a hard time or attitude. That was wonderful. Vicky changed many of the rules that the previous owner did not have. There is a background check for sex offenders, drug offences, and others. Only 3 adults can live in the apartments at any given time. I don't know how many kids. It is fairly quiet and i never see any drama (cop calls, fights, drunkards.) She is planning on doing many renovations, many of which she has already done to empty ones. They spray every 40 days for bugs. They will be filling the swimming pool to turn it into a rec center.I live in a 2 bedroom wood floor apartment. We only pay for electric and internet, the rest is part of the rent. We don't have a dishwasher. The laundry machines are rather small. It would be cheaper to go to the laundromat at this time.

Spring Creek Apartments
If you're considering moving in here .... DON"T!! RUN before its too late. TCG Property Management are crooks and they should all be in jail. This property has mold everywhere and they do nothing about it! They never respond to issues with the building. They not only will not give you you're deposit back, they drum up numerous other charges and hold you hostage to pay for all or will send to collections. You do not want to jeopardize your health and safety by living here.

The Woods Apartments
The men here ask nosey questions and are not very friendly people. Ive been here 2x to look at two of the properties and I wouldn't give my money to this guy because he judges you by every little things you say, the way you look and is looking for perfection so good luck to the suckers who move here.

Woodside Townhomes
i use to live here in 2013. Looking at the reviews, it seems like nothing has changed. The Landlord is very rude and is always talking about your business to other tenants. I remember hearing her husband (maintenance man) talking about me from outside my complex. Her husband lied and said my friend was smoking weed outside which wasn't true because I was there. Landlord told me I have to let her know when I have guest over. Please. I had people coming over more than 3 at a time and never mentioned it to her. For what? Living here was like living at your parents place as a teenager and you had to follow a bunch of child like rules.

The Retreat at Austin Bluffs Apartments
This place is haunted!! Let me start by sayin im a skeptical type person not easy to fool, not a beliver in paranormal activity that is ...until i moved in the retreat at austin bluffs in 2007! Apartment was freaky from the beginning not only did i live on the top floor and continuously hear foot steps above me ( could have been a bird or a squirrel there was an attack above my apatment on the outside) i had a 18month old daughter at the time who was insanely terrified the instant we moved her room which was the master particularly the bathroom that llaid infont if her crib she was insistent we always close the bathroom door at bed. On a nightly bases she would wake up in sheer terror inconsolably so one night she was so terrified baby girl was at the door mysteriously out of her crib beating to get out of the room in a panic. Next occasion. . she wake up in her nightly fright and exlaims the wall talked in her ear. Me and hubby were woke in middle of night by hard banging on our bed.
