Absolutely love PürHair Salon! Shanae and Meli are more than just hairdressers, they go above and beyond, are consistent in their services, share tips and tricks on how best to care for my hair, and have incredible customer service. I have never colored or permed my hair and always have had long locks. It took me years to find someone that would care about my hair more than I do and I completely trust Shanae to not only take care of my long hair and help me keep it organically healthy, but she also knows how to make long hair look amazing. There are very few hair dressers that know how to work with long hair and I am so appreciative of Shanae and her skills. I highly recommend PürHair and look forward to being their devoted, long-term client.
Not at all happy with my experience at Middleton. See my review on Yelp.com under Laurie M.
I have had only Melody or Shanaeduo my hair for the past few years, and will not go anywhere else. They both are extremely well trained and talented hairstylists and colorists, and the new salon is convenient, beautiful, and all organic- no gross chemical smell here! My hair has never been so healthy, and they take such great care of their clients, you will not be disappointed! I get better cuts and service than at salons that charge twice as much, with none of the snobbery. Love them and highly recommend!
I would like to recommend Ashley Brennan; she did an amazing job very quickly and flawlessly. Top notch and affordable.Ashleykay1717@gmail.com
These ladies are not only exceptionally talented and passionate about their work, they're also fun and a delight to be around! I absolutely LOVE the cut and color I get!
I love coming to Middleton! Ashli has highlighted my hair twice now and I am so happy with it. While getting my hair done I always feel relaxed and comfortable. As soon as I walk in I am offered coffee, water or tea. It really makes me feel pampered.
Had a 9am appointment with Michael. I like to be early so was there at 8.55am. (I am a senior citizen)He eventually arrived @ 9.10am...no apology...breezed into the salon. Few minutes later he came back out and greeted me. He did an amazing job of my haircut.2nd appointment with Michael....again I am early for an 9am appointment. This time he breezes in at 9.15am and did one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Then I had Kristen.......asks so many questions it became unbearable. I left feeling like Methuselah....the hairstyle was so antiquated for such a young girl to create, let alone me feeling so much older than when I walked into the salon. Unfortunately, when I booked again I thought they said Krista (definitely did NOT want Kristen again but unfortunately got Kristen. AGAIN! and AGAIN......I left with a hairstyle suited to someone 100+ years old.
Got my hair and makeup done for Rind Dance and loved it. Great experience and really enjoyed the gals who I was with. Thanks!
Not happy! My haircut is UNEVEN, & my color is excessively bleeding out! I gave my color 6 days before I called and it has continued to wash out. When I called, they tried to blame me for it, I've stated I use warm water, I don't wash my hair everyday, I don't use a flat iron or other tools on my hair everyday, I use high quality sulfate free color care shampoo & conditioner so I don't understand the problem. They told me I could come back to the salon in 6 DAYS to get a "glaze"(aka demi-permanent) put over my color, which if I'm lucky will last maybe 4-6 weeks. Since my hair has bled the color so badly, I have a bright red racing stripe going down my part (my virgin hair was processed longer than the rest) with what looks like brown polka dots (where no color or lightener was even placed) & throughout my hair I have horizontal lines of my original brown hair. What it looks like they did is use a demi-permanent on the shaft & ends instead of permanent, which is totally the WRONG thing to do since I was doing a color change and not refreshing the existing color. For those who don't know much about the different types of color, demi-permanent is what stylist use as toners, to blend in grays (if theres no color change), fill in highlights, & to refresh color (mainly in between permanent applications of the same/similar color). Demi's aren't used for complete color change, they wash out anywhere between 24 washes & 6 weeks which makes them great for someone who doesn't want to commit to the a certain color. I've had temporary, semi-permanent, demi-permanent, & permanent color & I have NEVER seen any of them fade such as this color, hell she didn't even tone my hair, my "blond" is ORANGE & my original highlights are stop sign red (with spots of brown/blond/gray). Don't get me started on the cut, it's sad when my 5 year old can notice an uneven cut (at least 1/2" difference) & no existent layers on one side. I'm very VERY specific on my haircuts & she didn't follow directions! Not worth $200. However, I will say they were extremely nice during my appointment & they give military discounts, but for me that's just not enough when you spend HOURS in a salon & hundreds of $$$ for a disastrous result.
Mia from Viva Salon is my new salon home away from home. Love them! She was absolutely amazing. I was a lil apprehensive about anyone cutting my hair. My Aunt is a hair styling genius and the only person I trusted my lushious locks until now. Check out Mia @ Viva Salon in Colorado Springs. Diva Curl certified, clean, welcoming atmosphere and staff. Def recommend to anyone especially if your looking for Vidal Sasson exclusive stylist.
