Good BBQ and friendly staff. Better than Dickys BBQ. Great alternative to Rudy's if you dont want to drive to the edge of the city. No complaints here!

Our company Gobin's Inc. recently used Front Range Barbeque for our Company Picnic that was luau themed. We wanted to do a pig roast and Front Range was able to provide us with not only a whole pig but sides and sauces as well! We were extremely impressed by their service and everyone loved the food! Gobin's will definitely be using Front Range for our future parties! Thank you to the Front Range team for making our choice to buy local the right one!

The food was good, what there was of it. I made the mistake of ordering "lunch portions." That means that the ribs are three bites each one and you get two of them. And the portion of chicken was outright sad. Very skinny pieces, the dark meat barbecue chicken was a small puny drumstick and what was supposed to be a thigh. I've never seen a thigh that absent of meat! And with lunch orders you get one ice cream scoop of whatever. Garlic mashed potatoes, maybe 4 small bites at most. Same with macaroni. That is pathetic. I'd rather get take out and buy my sides somewhere else. Honestly! And you get one small cupcake like corn muffin. It was fine, but just very small. If you go in here and order the biggest thing they have on the menu, then you'll be happy. And that will cost you around $20 per person. And $3.00 for an iced tea! That's pushing it. Excellent wait staff. Your best to get take out, that way you save on no beverages, buy your own sides and you won't have a waitress hovering over you every 6 minutes "how is everything?" After she asked me 3 times every six minutes, I told her not to ask again with a smile on my face. I would never go back to this place, unless it was for take out and I'd planned ahead of time to have my own sides. Maybe once a year. Dickey's barbecue is about half the price overall. And honestly, much better portions. They just don't serve alcohol. Fine by me.

Oklahoma Style BBQ...Perfected in Colorado. We have been voted Best BBQ in Colorado Springs every year since 2007! A true Colorado original, Bird Dog can be described using one word...different. Be it our cooking techniques, our house-made gluten-free sauces, our facilities, or even our name, we've taken every opportunity to zig where others zag. The result is a truly incomparable BBQ experience centered on the "BBQ un-snob". Bird Dog BBQ...what makes YOU different? *Just a FYI, we are sorry for the inconvenience but we do not take phone in orders, as we do not want to stop our line of patiently waiting customers to take an order and then again each time someone shows up to pay and pick up their order. Thank you for understanding:)
