The Bowling Alley
With the choice of music they play and how loud they have it. It is not a place for family with kids.. Even during the day. And the staff act like they really did not care. One person did complain about the music with some of the language it had in it. 10-15 min after that..the family and us... were done with our games and we all left. (We just meet the family for the first time this day)

I have to second what Angel said. The staff and management is very rude and are very condescending towards "outsiders." I noticed they treated their regulars and regular customers completely different. I understand giving your regulars perks, etc. but you need to treat your new customers with respect to gain new regular customers.

The Bowling Alley
Came here with my family and the staff was extremely rude. When I complained to the manager (and later found out to be owner Rebecca) she acted like she really did not care. She basically acted as if her staff could do no wrong. Also my ball ended up getting a big gash taken out of it and when I said something about it she claimed it was already there and the guy that ran the pro shop (found out it was her husband Mike) was very rude and obviously drunk (could smell the alcohol) and wanted to charge me full price for something their machinery did. I have had this happen at another bowling center and they fixed it free of charge.

Just a moment...
