Do not sign a lease here! I signed a lease back in March, and in the summer I found out that I wouldn't be able to go back to school. With the "new management" that took over, they were extremely unhelpful and rude. I paid all of the fees I needed to pay, racking up into hundreds of dollars and found someone to take over my lease. I DO NOT HAVE A LEASE WITH THEM ANYMORE AND I NEVER MOVED INTO THE APARTMENT. I now find out that I have a debt collector in Georgia coming after me for a $100 fine that Gateway issued in my name for the 'damages and cleaning that was needed when you moved out'. Again, I NEVER MOVED IN. I am a 19 year old college student and this 'debt' is going to remain on my record. My lawyer is currently speaking with the agency to get me out of this insane fine. Gateway is harassing, they are rude, they are unhelpful. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
The units are nothing like the models. They are the WORSE management ever in history!! Do NOT trust them, do NOT listen to what they tell you because they are mostly likely lying to get you sign the lease. Make it your last choice and read the lease otherwise you will be in big trouble! I was promised an early move in. However, by the date of the move-in, they offered me a different plan!! The director asked me to wait for just ONE more day to get my assigned unit ready and for the following 5 days I had been lied too over and over. One time while I was waiting for the director, I heard them promising a future resident an early move-in if they sign now!!! So it was not a misunderstanding in my situation and they are trying to trap every resident!! I had once a leaking toilet which they considered as an emergency maintenance, but it took them more than two days to get it fixed!!! , so that is the fastest expected maintenance you should have for any emergency !!
My son and his friends selected these apartments for next year. The facility is nice, clean, affordable, and close to the bus stop. Also has nice pool and other amenities. Staff was nice, but new and somewhat confusing.
U Center is a popular apartment complex for sophomores at Texas A&M. It is well maintained and prices are reasonable and comparable to other similar complexes. The staff was easy to work with.

I have lived in this apartment complex for several years. Unfortunately, every year the cost is increasing and the service getting worst.If your air-conditioner is broken and you seat at 100F in your apartment they ask you to report the problem to the office and not to call emergency. The office is often closed during the business hours and you have nobody to complain. It can take up to a month to fix air-conditioner.According to the new rules, every call to emergency about air-conditioner will cost you $35 if outside temperature is below 100F. It will take awhile till they fix it.I do not recommend Anderson Place and JNB Platinum Properties to have a business with.
Don't ever move in here it took me 4 months to get them to replace my dishwasher racks has had mold in there since the day I moved in my toilet leaked for 2 months causing water damage down stairs are leaking toilet water runs down to the guy below us still have not fixed
Worst apartment ever, management & trash pickup is horrible. They never fix anything in our house that we ask them to, and management is rude. DON'T EVER LIVE HERE! The only thing decent about this place is the pool, and it's barely ever clean.
I have been living here for 5 months. There are management issues, lease issues and even fire issues. Please do not even consider living here!!![First, there is no efficiency here.] Most of the people who work in leasing office are mean and reluctant to offer any additional help. For example, on the day I moved in, a lot of new residents lined up outside and stood in over 100 degree for 2 hours just to sign the lease. You can see how inefficient they are. [Second, I found out in our apartment there's only 1.3 bathroom (the lease said it was 1.5 bathroom) and we had to pay additional house insurance after we moved in.] This is not what they told us and many residents in the first place. So we have to pay extra money for an additional house insurance which they didn't tell me!!! (I've ask other residents...nobody told us!!!)[Third, the renew lease discount was not real and they will force you to sign a wrong lease.] I saw the promotion email, it said that I can save one month rent for renewing now. However, they told me it won't work for my apartment because the price I got has already received a discount. If I intended doing the one mouth free thing, the price I have to pay is actually higher than my original rate. They told us to sign a lease with higher price and told us that we have to sign it first then we have to sign a different lease after they revise it. We did it. Later, when we got the correct lease with lower price on it, it turned out that we are forced to accept the increased utility one-time payment or we will have to stick with the old lease that we sign. I really don't like the way they do their business. [Most importantly, there were two fires and numerous internet issues in year 2014.] The recent fire was really horrible. Since the fire, I could not receive any mails from USPS and the leasing office still can't promise us when can they will fix the mailboxes. Due to the mailboxes issue, I had lost two of my packages and the leasing office doesn't even care about it.If you believe in the faith "No pain, no gain", you are more than welcome to live here--I am sure you will "gain" a lot while live in Campus View.
Everything went wrong and it takes them a ling time to get too you. They don't care about the people renting the apartment. The first time you are late on rent they try to kick you out.
