YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We spent my Wife's Birthday at Ocean Beach Park on Sept. 21st 2008. What a Great Day. We went into Captain J's to get a few Beverages and chatted with the waitress (wish I could remember her name as she was very nice. We asked about the food and she described some of the menu items to us and raved about how good it was. We decided to give it a try when we were done at the beach. Boy am I glad we did. I had the Broiled Sea Scallops. They were, I have to say, the BEST I've ever had. My Father-in-law had the Baked Stuffed Shrimp (Captn. J's speciality). They were Excellent. Great Flavor and cooked to perfection. My Wife had the Cashew Crusted Mahi-Mahi. I did not try this item but, she loved it. She couldn't say enough good things about it. My Mother-in-law had the Crab Cake sandwich. She loved it (It didn't do much for me. Crab should be eaten with drawn butter not on a bun or in a "cake". Just me). My 6yo Son had the fried shrimp from the kid's menu. They were nice and big with a light crunchy breading. He usually gets "popcorn shrimp" (mini shrimp with a lot of breading) but he just went to town on these bad boy's. He typically won't even try the larger shrimp. He just loved them. We were there mid-afternoon so the place was pretty dead. It's a very casual place. We had our swim suits on. The decor could use some updating but the food was outstanding and thats what it's all about. If We ever get back to Cocoa Beach, we will go out of our way to go back to Captain J's Neil West Allis, WI

We are from NY and this pizza is nothing like what we get in Buffalo. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was like cardboard!

Taco City Rocks! I love the Chicken Chings; rolled in a crispy pastry with guacamole! They are served in adorable rolls surrounding the guacamole like a flower. The presentation is awesome and the taste is fabulous! I have never had anything like them anywhere, and I have had Mexican food in Texas, California, and Tijuana! Great Tex-Mex! Bobby the owner is more than a gracious host and Liz is one of the sweetest ladies! The staff is very friendly! Definitely a home style atmosphere right off the ocean!

Watched a gorgeous sunset from their porch area while eating. Truly breathtaking. The fish sandwich is consistently good, and is lightly blackened.
