I would not recommend anyone to use this company. If you don't have a receipt they will not rotate your tires. And if you have a flat they will not fix it because they want to sell you a new tire. They just want to rip you off.
This shop provided outstanding service and even worked beyond business hours to install my tires. Furthermore, the employees of this establishment demonstrated concern for my vehicle and replaced my initial wheels with a completely new set of wheels to accommodate the balancing issue of one wheel.
I have always done my business at Les Schwab for the last 12 years or more, 10 months ago decided to open a charge account there, I've charged two sets of tires and a car battery. Today I went in and Andrew was extremely rude, made my payment and wanted to charge a battery, I made a late payment on my account and they REFUSED so rudely to allow me to charge a battery for my other vehicle. They treated me like I was nobody. I have sent numerous referrals to their store and their company and I will no longer be taking my business or my referrals there. I will be paying my account off and taking my business to Firestone who was more than willing to be kind and accommodating.
Great sevice friendly worker !!! Thanks
The guys here are fantastic!!! Had popped my tire and pulled into an adjacent parking lot to change it, the jack bent and the car fell forward onto the ground. One of the guys saw my distress and walked over to help, he sent his service guy over to jack up the car and put on my spare (which was flat) then followed me over to the building. They got me right in and replaced all 4 tires, and didn't even charge me for the extra help getting on my spare. It might not seem like much, but to me in my time of need, it meant everything. I will be a continued customer of this fantastic company and wanted to say thank you to the guys at this location specifically for going out of their way to assist me.
I have been going to Bruce for almost 10 yrs. Great mechanic, honest, and fair prices. In fact I moved to Tulare, 50+ miles away and still take my car to him.
Got there at 8 am in saterday no one there sorry go some were else if you can't be there on time
Love you neighbors let them take care of your car there are all professional, friendly
Bruce is excellent at diagnosing problems and will never over charge a customer. He will shuttle you home or to work as well.
DO NOT GO!!!! I had this place put a 6" lift on my truck and had nothing but problems with them. My truck had both shocks snap in half driving down the road because they didn't put the correct shocks on when they did the lift they left stock shocks on and it hyperextended them. Had to have it towed into their shop and they claimed they fixed everything. Well they didn't, I had to take it into a different shop and they gave me a list of things that were wrong. West Coast once again claimed they fixed this list of stuff. I was on the highway and a bolt came out of my rotor in my front wheel and my brake line got sliced when driving. If you do not want to die or get seriously hurt then do NOT bring you car here!!!
- Move your car to a safe location.
- Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
- Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
- Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
- Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
