I never complain but I am so frustrated this morning that I need to vent. Left early this morning to drop off two large padded envelopes at the Garfield Road Post Office in Clinton Twp. The lobby is open but the package drum is broken and has been for at least the past month that I know of. I tried using the bundled mail slot which would not open because it was so full the door wouldn't come down. Then I tried unsuccessfully to use the outside drive up mailboxes which were so full that envelopes were sticking out. Needless to say, my packages are still in my car and I will make another attempt to mail after work today. This is not the first time that I have run into the full mailbox problem. Either the boxes are not emptied enough or someone is not doing their job!!

All good at branch, cannot talk to human being when trying to find out where your package is, I assume lost ? Tracking has showed the same message for 4 days and "projected delivery" date has passed !
