Patient First - Clinton
I WISH there was a negative star. They would receive that. 2 DIFFERENT times they can't seem to fill FMLA paperwork out. Dr mix-ups and buck passing will result in your employment being terminated. 5 different trips to pick up paper work. A month later they try to give me paperwork from a case MONTHS earlier that they didn't submit nor fill out. Excuse after excuse, apology after apology. Still, no paperwork. MetLife and FMLA have cancelled both cases due to lack of medical. Numerous requests from Metlife were unanswered . UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T GO. YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO TO SOUTHERN MD AND WAIT.**NEGATIVE 2 STARS**

Paces Therapy
The therapists are nice people but the owner of the business is not customer service oriented or concerned about the well-being of her customers. My son has been attending speech therapy here for over three years but only because the location is convenient, the business has evening hours, and takes my insurance is why I stayed as long as I did. I had an issue with my credit card being hacked. I tried numerous times to reach the owner about this issue however, she would not return my calls. Since my card was hacked about two months ago, I have confirmed that this was the place that was responsible for the hacking through an investigation. The numbers on my credit card were not truncated on the receipt (which by the way is required by federal law) that was collected by the receptionist for each transaction that I made at this place of business each my credit card was swiped. Also, when it comes to holding quarterly meetings to discuss my child's progress, the owner schedules appointments without notifying the parents. You just come in for what you to believe to be your usual 30 minute appointment and the receptionist lets you know that you will have your quarterly progress meeting. This meeting usually lasts longer than 30 minutes which is why in my opinion, the parent needs to have say so for when this meeting is scheduled. The owner doesn't take into consideration that we may have another appointment or engagement scheduled that may interfere with the meeting. I have tried on three different occasions to reschedule this meeting but since I didn't attend the meeting when SHE originally scheduled it WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME EACH TIME, she refused to reschedule the appointment. What a disappointment for a business that has so much potential. I'm done with this practice.
