I was very impressed with the service I received as an out of stater. The associate THEODORE was SUPER HELPFUL in processing my order! He took the time out of his busy Saturday schedule to write down every item(12 items) number correctly via phone that I wanted to purchase. It was a pleasure having him as my sales person, especially since the store was not local. Thank you for having a competent and professional person on your staff! Very very very rude...that sum it up....they only have one delivery guy... Who works independently and does not deliver all the furniture nor does it get delivered in a timely manner.... You will be waiting awhile for delivery

Do not buy anything from this store. My parents bought a TV Stand with built-in fireplace. After talking with the salesman they decided to just get a truck and have my brother picked up the TV Stand. The salesperson told them it would be assembled. When my brother and uncle came to pick it up it obviously was not assembled. He still took it to my parents house to find out it is in athe least 30 pieces. (3 days before Christmas) It was also not your everyday screw pieces together job. Once it was together we realized it had scratches all over it that look as if they tried to fix it with wood stain. The whole house wreaks of the stain. When calling the store they keep telling her that a Mgr will call. When calling back the Mgr on duty was very rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Horrible service. They simply do not care at all. I ordered a recliner and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver. After 4 I called the store to see what was happening. I was told the material I selected had some sort of issue at the mill and they no longer had any expected delivery date. Nobody contacted me about this. I then asked what were they going to do about this. I was told I could come back in and select a new material, wait another 2-3 weeks and hopefully this time it would be available. All they did was try to pass the buck, this person should have contacted you, its not our fault it was the mill, etc. There was no attempt at all on their end to make it right, they simply do not care. I demanded a refund and was given one. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, customers are not important to them. I went to La-Z-Boy (who is known for being on the high side) and found a better quality chair at a cheaper price.

Great experience, purchasing and delivery. Installation crew was professional and respectful of the pieces installed. Was able to work with salespeople after purchase to help with furniture moving. Worked with Kitty Bracey, Dan Geller, and Julie... all around positive.

Very rude man called Steve. Kicked me out when I asked to honor the website price. Original price for bedroom set was $799 and it was "on sale" in the store flyer for $849. That is called false advertisement.

WARNING. I would NOT recommend Kronheims! Their practice is unethical and deceitful. After receiving our furniture it appeared to have multiple scratches, scuff mark and the cushions were worn. I called the store and asked "is the furniture new?" And Marion, store manager replied, "probably". She said that she would send two new sofas. Wow- what a difference. The delivery men agreed that the original furniture was used. I called the store and Marion confirmed the sofas were used. Chris, the GM called me back- seemed clueless as to why he was calling. He spoke over me, was unprofessional and bullied me through the conversation. Marion denied telling me that the furniture was used. Beware, their practice is unethical and deceitful. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint so others do not experience what we did. Get everything in writing from kronheims!!

Rude lady with curly blonde hair at the 2800 superior location rude obnoxious man tall with glasses at the Northfield location. They don't care about their customers. They talk any way to them like they are beneath them. I love there stuff but will never shop there again for the way I was treated.

Just a moment...
