ON 8/10/16 MY SON WAS TAKING BOOKS IN,STARTED TO RAIN.HELD FACE DOWN,PLASTIC COVERS WET.A TOWEL WOULD CURE.LIBRARIAN SAID TO CHARGE FOR DAMAGE, SON DIDN'T TELL WAS GONNA PAY IT HIMSELF.TOLD ME,I WENT TO GET SUPOSED COMICS,1 OF 4 WAS THERE,NO DAMAGE, WENT TO CHECK OUT AGAIN,LIBRARIAN SAID OWE $20.00,WAS $45.00.I SAID THIS WAS ONE OF THE COMICS,PLEASE SHOW ME DAMAGE,SHE LOOKED AT IT,SAID MAYBE OTHERS,I ASKED TO SEE THEM,CAME UP WITH THROWN OUT POSSIBLY,I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO SEE RECORDS,SAID WANT TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR,THE BRANCH MANAGER: NICHOLAS CRONIN.SAME STUFF REPEATED,SAID LIKE # FOR PERSON IN CHARGE,I'M BRANCH MANAGER,SAID PERSON YOU TAKE ORDERS FROM,GOT # AND NAME:KATHLEEN OLEXA.I SAID NICE AND CALM,[X2]SAID NO MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID,WENT TO WALK OUT,HE WAS TALKING TO MY SON WHILE EXITING LIBRARY, I WAS BY PARKING LOT,MANAGER OUTSIDE LIBRARY BY STEPS,MY SON SAID F-U WITH FINGERUT THIS GUY PROVOKE WHOLE THING.SON SAID HE WAS SAYING THINGS ABOUT ME.NOT RIGHT.GLENN
