Larry Vasil - State Farm Insurance Agent
Like a good neighbor, State Farm is where? My suggestion to anyone looking into State Farm as a whole is shop around - I did not and it hurt me in the long run. I became a first time home owner last year and got HOI from this office. Not one person from his office even TRIED to call me and explain what HOI is, how it works, when you file claims, etc. Then my house was robbed and my State Farm 'neighbor' was no where to be found. His office didn't call to apologize or empathize with me, they didn't walk me through the steps of the claim or what would happen afterwards. THen I find out that my HOI goes up 25% for the following year. Their customer service is tacky and unhelpful. Oh, and when I got quoted from American Family in 2015, they quoted 55% less of Larry's fees with a lower Premium. Make sure you have all the facts before choosing!

Oxcyon Inc
I've been using Centralpoint by Oxcyon for awhile now. There's been some talk about their customer service being horrible, but I wouldn't listen to that. I have had the most positive experience with their company and the program. It’s my favorite CMS thus far. I’m mainly using it for .net and it’s serving me well. Firstly, you can move the module fields wherever you want. Also, all of the functions such as print, comment, rate etc, are done as standard scripts so in order to see it where you want, you just paste it there. There’s also a great ability to update an xml file, in which the fields are then in the module.Overall it's a great program with a lot to offer for anyone in the IT/CMS space.

LUV Manicures and Pedicures
there's a lot of pros and cons about this place. Pros: cheap prices for services, relaxing atmosphere, tons of TV's with all-you-can-watch HGTV, amazing pedicure massage chairs, convenient location, they're open 7 days a week, and my toes ended up looking great! Cons: the reception staff appeared lazy or bored, some of the techs weren't very professional in appearance, and even though i was on time for my appointment i had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so for it to begin. Lastly, I was kind of on the fence about how my nail tech told me she had just gotten her license, but she did a great job so i will go back to her. everyone's gotta start somewhere.

Winking Lizard Tavern
After arriving and being seated in my party of four around 10:30 p.m., we had to wait close to an hour just to get an appetizer, which we never did receive! Food was pretty good, but the speed of service and attentiveness was just terrible. They weren't even THAT busy. It's not like there was a Tribe or Cavs or Browns game that night, just the Night Nation Run race. If it were up to me, I would have walked out. If it's a choice between this location and the one at 1301 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, go to the one on East 9th, which is nicer, anyway.

Nail Pros
I went to Nail Pros On December 16, 2016 and my experience was great the atmosphere was nice, friendly, and calm nail techs. and customers were in conversation; the Salon was clean. Every time that the nail tech did a pedicure they would clean out the foot tube to have it ready for the next person it was the same with the tools that they used. I have finally found a Nail Salon worth going to for my pedicure and Nail needs.Norma :-)

Advantage Insurance Agency Inc
have been going to Dan for almost 10 years! Went to a couple of other places to find the best prices but Dan beat them all and the service is great. When it's time for renewal he still checks other companies to make sure I am still getting the best rate! I have my truck, motorcycle, and boat all through advantage... Thanks Dan for all the great years of service and looking forward to many more through your company

City Star Nails
I haven't had my nails done in years. Last month I decided to do them again. I went to a place in Lakewood and it was horrible. My nails looked like stinking chiclettes (that gum). I came to City Star for a fill and it was Amazing! My nails are beautiful. Ben was fantastic and I will be asking for him next time. Great price, very professional, clean. Just wonderful.

Nails & Co.
omgggg... I went in and service was great. The receptionist was so sweet and offered me a water right away. She seated me within less than five minutes to get my pedicure. The lady that did my nails was amazing. She finished well and clean. I got a wax done also and they looked amazing for the price. I recommend going there.

City Star Nails
I love this place, I've been going there for ten years. They always treat me well and do a great job on my fingers and toes. If something isn't right, they fix it, and the prices can't be beat. I won't let anyone else near my nails. I've since moved farther away but it's worth the drive and I'll be a lifelong customer.
Tips & Advices
Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy. In this case, an attorney may be needed to settle the claim.
In the case of damage, take pictures of the affected area as soon as any safety or health emergencies are resolved. Take note of what happened and all the relevant circumstances and report to your insurer as soon as possible. If any of your possessions were damaged, use an inventory of your important assets and make note of this in the claim. Once an adjuster has made their own report, review it for accuracy.
If you're involved in an accident, you need to call the police right away and have them document the situation. You can file a claim upon obtaining the police report. It's also a good idea, if possible, to take your own notes to record: what happened before the accident, the date and time, traffic signs in the area and road conditions. Also get the other driver's name, address, license plate number, and insurance information. Even photos taken with a cell phone camera can help the claims process. Once you have this documentation, call your insurance company right away.

Just a moment...
