Without going into to much detail I can tell you that I have been a customer of this agent for approximately 14 yrs and recently I have had some life changes. This agent went out of her way to chose sides in which she had no business doing. I own my home with my husband and they tried to remove me from my homeowners policy stating I needed to be listed as a renter. They kept trying to tell me this was for my protection etc. I told them repeatedly I own the home with my husband and I out right refused to be listed as a renter and that we are both to remain on the policy. They even sent someone out to the home without calling to "Take pictures" to change the policy and again I told them I am not a renter I am an owner. Finally, after I advised I was calling my attorney the owner Tammy called yelling at me that she has bent over backwards to do her best! She said she was adding me back on to the policy in which I advised her that if State Farm does not allow something then there is no way she would be able to add me back on. Come to find out that there was a request for me to be removed, no doubt where that came from however this office chose not to be honest or clear. Also, THE WORST THING : State Farm in AZ called me today on a follow up and put me on hold she called Tammy Steele Kidd and she said she spoke to Tammy who said I requested my husband removed!!! This is an out right lie I would never request him to be removed we both own this home and he is currently paying the homeowners bill. There is no way I would ever request this and so I requested a complaint be filed. Completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism.

Larry Vasil - State Farm Insurance Agent
By far the worst insurance I've ever had. Was quoted one number and charged almost $100 more than what I was told. I then called Larry and he said he doesn't know why it was like that and said there is nothing he can do and pretty much hung up on me. Customer service is terrible. If you're thinking about going with Larry Vasil I recommend you shop somewhere else.

Worst company..called to get a quot for insurance and they could not bother to call back!!! Obviously my business was not important to them, when I did call back the lady answering the phone was nothing but rude and unhelpful... How sad, I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is where? My suggestion to anyone looking into State Farm as a whole is shop around - I did not and it hurt me in the long run. I became a first time home owner last year and got HOI from this office. Not one person from his office even TRIED to call me and explain what HOI is, how it works, when you file claims, etc. Then my house was robbed and my State Farm 'neighbor' was no where to be found. His office didn't call to apologize or empathize with me, they didn't walk me through the steps of the claim or what would happen afterwards. THen I find out that my HOI goes up 25% for the following year. Their customer service is tacky and unhelpful. Oh, and when I got quoted from American Family in 2015, they quoted 55% less of Larry's fees with a lower Premium. Make sure you have all the facts before choosing!
