When I arrived at the Enterprise counter at the CLE rental location, the counter person was very helpful. When I went out to the lot I was given a choice of five full sized vehicles. You can get inside them to make sure you are satisfied. You make the decision for what you want. The lot person explained all the gadgets for the 2015 Ford Fusion that I selected. It had 9K miles on it. It is up to YOU to select what you want to drive before driving out the lot. I like the unlimited miles for my rental contract. I opted for Enterprise to fill up the car with gas. The area price was $2.40/Gal. The Enterprise cost was $1.88/Gal. It is very convenient to allow Enterprise to manage everything when you drop off at check-in. I was quickly taken back to the airport via shuttle. I appreciate all the helpfulness from staff. They actually care. If you select a car with 40,000 miles or it has an offensive odor, then it is on you. I was given a selection of five different cars. I sat in each one before I selected the Ford Fusion. I highly recommend Enterprise for visiting or business. If you have any questions, please ask them. They always have an answer with a smile. I appreciate the people in the lot to make sure I am totally familiar with all the cool gadgets. I was impressed with the Ford Fusion. Thank you Enterprise.

I recently moved out of Montlack Realty Shaker Lakes apartment building. I lived in a two bedroom apartment by myself which cost the same amount as living in a one bedroom (I was paying the same amount as my classmates who were living in a one bedroom apartment). Additionally, I only paid $35 for utilities to Montlack because of the building I lived in. The only reason I moved out was because I graduated law school in May and will be taking the Virginia Bar Exam this July. I am not from Cleveland, OH and had never been until I went to law school there. Living in Shaker Lakes apartment made me feel like I was at home. Like old apartments are there are always somethings that can be tweaked. When I called about issues I had in my apartment, the maintenance people were there within 3 to 5 days. I always received a notice if they came into my place without me being there (I gave them permission to do so) and it would either tell me that the issue was resolved or update me on the progress of it.I loved my apartment!! And although some of the ladies at the front desk can appear to be unfriendly and don't smile at you even when you smile back, they still helped me when I needed help. If I ever move back to Cleveland, OH I will be contacting Montlack to rent an apartment and no one else!!

I lived in Montlack Realty Fairhill tower for five years. The west facing two bedroom apartment has the most amazing view of the Cleveland downtown and the lake. It was a treat for us every day to view the amazing sunset from our bedroom. The apartment is well managed and the office staffs are really great. John and Butch were always there to listen to us if we had any issues in our unit. The apartments are really affordable considering the vicinity to the Cleveland Clinic and the Case Western. We have never faced a single problem with the maintenance as they were always there to fix things even in late evening hours. Montlack has several apartments in the Fairhill road, Kemper area but the Fairhill tower was the most convenient for us as it was walking distance from the Clinic and the Case and also the RTA stops just in front of the building. There are hiking trails across the building on the banks of Doan brook. Overall, the area is a safe place to live with a family.

I lived at Shaker Lakes apartments for 10 years. I enjoyed every moment while I was a tenant, through medical school and residency. It was perfect for me. It was a quiet apartment complex for all my studying. It was affordable, the front office was very responsive to all my needs and John was especially amazing - he is a down-to-earth, honest, patient and straight-shooter of a man. If you needed anything fixed in the apartment, it is done within a day. Plus it is 5-10 minutes of both University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic and their medical schools. I think as residents or medical students we are so busy and barely have time for errands outside our work lives, the front office is often patient and would work with you to accommodate your needs. I am grateful to John for that. I had an amazing experience as a tenant!

The car that I rented was not clean at all. It had dirt on the floor mats as well as crayons left in the cup holders and food crumbs all over the seats. The best part was used tissues in the door pockets and a half bottle of orange juice in the seat back pocket. In the future I will pay closer attention before I leave with the vehicle.I also was not pleased with the up-selling done on the day of pickup. I was asked if I would prefer a certain vehicle and then when I agreed they gave me a different vehicle and said it was in the same class. The difference in the amount of room in the two vehicles was substantial. They did not even have the vehicle they hooked me with in stock. Classic bait and switch.

I'm an Emerald Club member and used The Aisle. When I arrived, since I had already made my reservation, I bypassed the desk, walked to aisle, and picked from several mid-sized and full-sized sedans. Cleveland is the city that raised me, and National Car made coming home pleasant. Getting the vehicle was a breeze. Then on the return, I dropped the car off after hours for an early flight back to ATL and I happened to catch the Shuttle Bus. Actually, he saw me pull into the lot, and waited for me (The bus was just about full!). So nice! This experience set the bar for my Emerald Club membership.

Getting a car was relatively quick and easy, which was nice when my flight was delayed and I didn't get to the car rental counter until midnight. I was also relieved that they were open that late so I could still get a car. The agent was courteous and helpful. I was not pressured at all to add on services. I was happy with the choice of cars, and the price was great. The agent informed me that I was eligible to just walk past the counter and pick out any car from the Emerald Isle. That would saved even more time. I will definitely do that next time.

I use National on a regular basis I am a Emerald club member I like the fact that I can pick my own car my only complaint is the condition of the last few cars very dirty one had water spots on the window so bad I could not see had to stop immediately and clean the windows. Another time there was melted chocolate on the center counsel which eventually got all over me was not happy. Their rates are competitive can usually find a coupon will continue to use National just hope the address some of their cleaning issues

Have been a dedicated National customer for several years, they are always wonderful. During this rental, I had an engine light come on mid-trip, along with a warning light about the stability control system. I continued on to my destination (it was only 5 minutes away) and called their 24 hour roadside assistance. The agent I spoke with was delightful, customer focused and had a new car delivered to me within a couple hours (I was 2 hours away from the closest airport). Just one of the reasons they have my loyalty!!

Mediocre experience for me. the counter sent me out to get a car then the lady at the gate told me she could not find my reservation. Took 5 minutes to get that cleared up and get out of the airport. I travel for work and this was the first rental car ever that did not provide keyless entry. I had to use the key to lock and unlock the car every time. Seems minor but try doing it for awhile-it sucks! Nothing too huge, but I have had better overall experiences with Enterprise.
