Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I am always super satisfied with rooting rooter, I know what I get every single time, i can rely on their expertise, consistency and most of all guarantees. I leaned my lesson the hard way when I changed one time to a local stand alone service, because if some coupon. Ended up paying double and still had to go back to rooto rooter to fix the problem. So I went back to them and since then, their number on my fridge. TED #1700 came this time fixed the problem great professionalism. explained the problem, the options and cost and let me decide. I like to put review every single time, because I think these hard blue color workers deserve recognition for doing good job every single time.

Five Star Plumbing and Heating
Last year - Five Star Plumbing and Heating took care of a major main valve leak and not only was the price fair - the work was stellar! Just recently on 05/17/17 - Five Star Plumbing and Heating fixed my leaking shower and retrofitted the old system to a new updated system - again at an amazing price! They were FAST - professional and the quality of work makes me confident that I will never have to call them for the same problem twice! Thank you Five Star Plumbing and Heating!

Jim and Cory did an awesome job with the improvements that they made in my new massage studio. They were very professional and easy to work with. They got the work done in a timely manner and it looks awesome! I highly recommend using this company for any improvements you may need!

Parmatown Plumbing
Buyer beware! They've been there 3 times, charged $500 and the problem still isn't fixed. Each time they have not had the correct equipment. Each time an appointment was scheduled, it was pushed back for one reason or another.

i hired Jimmy to finish a basement. the contract was to finish it within a 6 month period, cash payments as I did not want to incur a large amount of debt. contract was signed; the basement was a little over half done and he left me high and dry. work was not completed, no show, no call and i had to hire another contractor to complete the job. do NOT hire this individual!

Koenig Plumbing
I had a brief experience with Robert Koenig of Koenig Plumbing & it wasn't a good one. Actually it was very disturbing to know that someone like him is conducting services in peoples homes. He has a very quick temper, very unprofessional & he doesn't respect YOU or himself. He exploded just from me asking some general questions, he called me a black b$%@ then told me to F%$@ off. If you give him your business, this is who you'll be dealing with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

J Fasino Renovations
Screw Joe! I worked for him in 2014 and only saw $60 come from him! The owner of the house I was working on with the rest of the crew we all got 100 bucks from him. Joe is a piece of trash. He'd make up excuses every week on why he couldn't pay and it got to the point where there was too much money on the table to just leave. He'd have the nerve to get mad at you if you were upset about not being able to feed yourself or put gas in your car to get to work. As the employer he should of been paying me to enable that. All he would do is bark orders, be on his phone, breathing heavy while smoking a cigarette. He never did work and got paid for someone else's hard work.

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
