My experience went form pleasent to horrible. Due to an error (my fault) I did not get my vehicle. I had already purchased my insurance so I needed the sales manager to send in a statement to the insurance company so that I can get my refund...the manager did not have time the first day I called however he did promise me that it will be done by lunch the next day. I called my insurance rep @2 and she had not received it so I called the sales manager AGAIN he says he sent it already but he will send it again. THAT never happened because my rep STILL had not received it so I call the next day, and he is not at work and no one can help me. Which means I lose more money because everyday that they do not recieve the letter is another day that I am charged insurance for a car that I do not have������������... for the most part the staff is ok if you are purchasing a car but other than that they don't have time. And before this incident even though I didn't get a car from them I would have STILL referred people to them based off of friendliness and patience of my sales rep that I dealt with (PERRY)! However being that I was given the run around and treated very shady I will not be doing so. Oh and someone needs to train the people answer the phone because one of the ladies is EXTREMELY rude and has no phone etiquette what so ever.

This is a great company to work with. When no other company would approve me I got approved plus a great APR rate. Did I mention my car was brand new with less than 50 miles on it ! Plus I got two free oil changes. And did I mention the great warranty. Cannon is a pretty awesome car dealership and I would recommend everybody go to them.

this sounds like a personally biased review, not based on quality of sales or service. i've always found everyone to be friendly and helpful. this is close to libel.
