The Carrington At Four Corners
Horrible place filled with shady business practices. When we moved out we were told by an employee in the front office not to worry about our carpet because the apartment was to be renovated. We lived there for 3 years and another company had bought the property since we moved in....We Paid a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee for 3 years and they want to charge $1,128 to replace the carpet due to "pet damage". Really because it feels like you want to renovate the apartment on my dime... Don't bother moving in. The dumpsters are always over flowing on the weekends and the office has no clue what's going on. The apartment flooded all the time from the above apartment a/c, we would wake up and the carpet would be soggy.. Once water was pouring from the smoke alarms as they were going off.. Security is sketcy and non existent.. Also the person who told me not to worry about the carpet "no longer works there." I will be fighting this. Completely unfair. Please don't bother moving in here...

Ms. Phyllis Rodman has been the Property Manager for my Investment house in Clermont Florida for several years. I have always found her to be very courteous and professional in her relationship with me. She ensured that the property was well taken care of, collected the rent and did all deposits to my account in a timely manner. Repairs and maintenance were done whenever necessary. I had a worry free experience while Phyllis took care of everything. I highly recommend Phyllis Rodman as a property manager.

Before I knew I needed a property manager, I was told about Elite Rental Management from a friend in New York who had been using her services for a while and was extremely pleased and grateful to be in contract with Phyllis Rodman with Elite Rental Management, Inc.In 2007, I acquired a property in Minneola and needed someone to manage this property as well as my home in Ocoee. Phyllis came in and was very professional and knowledgeable with her assessment and suggestions.Over the years, I have proven her to be a woman who is hard working and personable; her integrity leads the way.Phyllis now manages two (2) rental properties for me and is also my Real Estate Broker handling the sale of another! My experience with Phyllis and her staff at Elite Rental Management has been WONDERFUL!

We have been renting with Phyllis Rodman and Elite Rental Management for almost 3 years now and we have been completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with them. Any maintenance request we may have had was fixed promptly. Also, Phyllis fought for us to get our special request to have a screen installed on our porch. We have enjoyed working with her and would suggest them to anyone. Thank you :)

Phyllis at Elite is a GREAT property manager. I have been a tenant at one of her properties for almost two years. She always returns any communication promptly, and has always provided assistance when we needed it. The property is well maintained, and when we like to have extra things done on our dime, she recommends great companies at reasonable rates. It is always a pleasure doing business with her!

We have nothing but praise for Phyllis Rodman and Elite Rental Management. She attends to every issue promptly, and leaves us (the owners) worry free regarding our property. She finds the best value in contractors to address the issues that arise in any rental property. She found renters for our property very quickly, including new renters when the first tenants had to move out of town. Her meticulous record keeping makes tax time a breeze. Her fees are very reasonable, and a great value to us. We trust her decision making and recommend her to anyone wishing to hire a property manager.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
