Stood at the counter look like a dummy for 10 minutes and no one helped me just decide to leave that's how they did work and I will go somewhere else

Bee's Auto Repair
I went in for a misfire on my f150 and got a call back 3 days later letting me know i had a bad bearing on my rear axle, wayne the owner of Bee's automotive mention it will cost $437 to do the job. I figure the job will be no more then a day or so. After 3 days of them having the truck for the job plus 3 more days from original problem(Week) I get a call letting me know I need it to replace the rear axle pinion and gear costing and additional $500+ . At this time I decided to go to the shop and see what was going on, he started by telling me that they had stripped the pinion shaft, so I said then I was not going to pay for this as it was there FAULT. Wayne then decided to tell me that I needed to pay or he will take everything apart and I was going to pick up my truck with a tow truck. I will not ever take my cars to Bee's automotive, but what I will do is pass the word around as how unprofessional and not trustworthy this business and its Owner Wayne is.

Good people! A little far to drive from Windermere, but worth it. Fast accurate diagnoses and reasonable prices. They even fix little things the find, no charge. I wouldn't expect this every time, but a nice touch to earn my repeat business. Highly recommend.

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! TOTALLY RUDE!!!Needed some advice on issue I was having with my car, went in and was ignored for the first five minutes even though the salesperson was standing at the counter. Eventually he asked if he could help but obviously was not at all really interested in listening to what I was saying. His whole attitude was extremely rude and he showed total disinterest in his job. He was very unfriendly as well. He mumbled something and walked away. I waited a further 10 minutes and he never came back. Eventually another salesperson walking in from the back and asked if he could help me. I told him I had already been sort of helped by the other gentleman, but he had disappeared... he asked if he could help instead and I then told him my problem with my car. He said he wasn't to sure about it and would need to ask the other guy. He then went looking for him and found him outside helping another customer. When he asked the first salesperson about my issue, he responded very aggressively and very loud to the young man that he was busy and had to wait and besides he could not help without a VIN number etc... The second salesperson was so obviously embarrassed and tried to apologize. At this stage after almost 25 mins waiting in the store, I was very upset at the first sales persons attitude and rudeness not only to me but to his colleague and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!I will definitely never visit this store again!

This Advance only stays in business due to prozimity to four Auto Repair facilities directly beside it which purchase their wares. The staff doesn't know how cars work or how to treat customers.Some assorted interactions with the staff include:Asking me how many cylinders my V8 had, because "They don't all have eight."Not knowing what carburetors are.Insisting that Differential Cover Gaskets do not exist (Despite having the item number, direct from the Factory Service Manual and pulling the part/item up on their own website)Refusing to go to the back and get me an axleshaft seal that was in stock, because THEY were not sure which rear axle I had (Even though I was sure, as the car in question was only produced with one rear axle in it's entire production run)Another time, a customer wanted their alternator tested and I had to instruct the sales associate how to use their machine to do it, because he couldn't figure it out. The customer with the alternator took my advice and went to the Autozone up the block.The severe lack of critical knowledge and attitude that the employees give their customers is not worth the time unless it is something you cannot find at any of the surrounding stores and do not have the time to wait for them to order it in.
