RENTERS BEWARE! King of Bounce is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and they are tarnishing the company name. We had a booking for my daughter and her boyfriend's HS graduation/going away party for Enlisting. Imagine my surprise when I got an email the day before pick up, doubling the total (now over $400+) and increasing the deposit another $75 to $275. I called thinking it was a mistake and was told the new owner decided not to honor the price I was given. I could see if she made that decision a month ago and didn't book, not the day before pick up! I asked for Leila and gave my name. I reminded her of our previous arrangement and how it's bad business to ruin someone's party by doubling the amount before the party, no warning! I have 60-70 ppl coming and her response was "I was only a couple days into the business when you booked and over my head. I'm not honoring the price, I wasn't born yesterday. I'm not gonna argue, do you want it or not?" So there goes my tables, chairs, and waterslide. I work 2 jobs and been saving to throw this party and it's now going to cost me double. DISGUSTED with the LACK OF service. Absolutely NO EMPATHY for RUINING our party! I wasn't given an apology or offered something else for the price I had. She even hung up on me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Take it or leave it. Now I have to scramble to make arrangments tomorrow to salvage what I can so I don't have a crowd of people standing around in swimsuits looking foolish. Good thing I didn't order my cake through them! In case you're wondering I'm not a competitor and she can't claim I'm not a customer. Sorry the previous owners sold the business to someone who doesn't seem to understand customer service and repeat business! (Especially to use the fact that she's overwhelmed as a valid reason to double my price!) These parties are important to all and you can't get a 2nd chance at that b-day, grad, anni etc. I won't be using KOB again nor recommending to friends/fam. I wouldn't wish this upon my enemy.
Worst Milk shake I have ever had in my life. It had the consistency and taste of nestle quik chocklate milk. Went to return it but they had just closed. The manager came out and said they would replace it the next day. No problem. She then told me that i had ordered a "sub-milkshake, and next time I should ask for a "classic shake" I explained that I had just asked for the menu item, it didn't say "sub-milkshake. When I jokingly said, I'll be sure to not order a sub-standard shake next time, she got upset, and asked us to leave the property. I feel that was rude after, giving a bad product, that I had to drive all the way back to return.
I can NOT even give this Taco Bell a 1 star. I spoke with HOMER.....apparently a manager. Spoke above me, did not use any people skills to resolve my situation which was order wrong. Hung phone up on me. I must mention, though I am frustrated, just had surgery and depending on this meal to feed my family, as I can not cook. I was on hold 5 min 17 sec before he came to phone. ( must add, as he walked to phone, belittling an employee about making a burrito. and using authoritativeness and what I would describe as power high. OVER A BURRITO! ) I was upset that EVERY single item was incorrect. I did not go to drive thru, I can not..husband did, after long day working, and kids in martial arts. So, did not check. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO! As I explained all the above....he hung up on me!!!! I am FURIOUS! Called Taco Bell..I'm not done....BUT NOT OK! NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER!!!!!
