YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I just want to thank the repair guy who did the repair on my watch. I never thought that it can get repaired until the service was done. So I'm very glad and would definitely return here.

No joke. I was just in Pace not twenty minutes ago. I called ahead. The young man was very pleasant over the phone. I arrived and was warmly greated at the door. I needed a battery replaced and the date reset on my Fossil watch. It took less than 5 minutes. As lady sales associate helped me parouse through some catalogs and did not make me feel at all pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend this business. Pace will be my first choice of jewelers when I purchase my wedding ring set. Go check them out! That's how you stay in business for over 60 years.

I had the pleasure of heading to this establishment this afternoon and i have nothing but good things to say about this business. The owners were extremely helpful in explaining things i wasn't clear with and they sorted me out in no time at all. I recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free experience.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiance here and we bought our wedding rings here. They were beyond great!! We couldn't find a perfect engagement ring so they proposed building an engagement ring out of a couple of different rings, and they did an amazing job. My fiance has had her ring for almost a year now and still cant stop looking at it. What's great is that even with building the ring the price was still very reasonable. Great costumer service and did a great job fixing my fiance's family ring when she brought it in. I can't ask for any more from a jewelry store and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I took a ring in to get a simple sizing job done. The ring then fit perfectly, but I noticed a stone was missing from it! I pointed it out to the lady. She took the ring into the back and returned a couple minutes later. The stone was back in the setting, but the prongs had been smashed over the stone. They were no longer symmetrical with the rest of the prongs. Moreover, a nearby stone had been scratched or gouged. I pointed these things out and was told that the prongs had to be that way in order to prevent the stone from falling out again. I asked how likely it was that other stones would fall out. She said that any one of them could fall out at any time. If that were true, I would expect that a reputable place would tell me that up front when they are looking at the ring, or at least when they were done, just as a warning to me. For them to say that only after the prongs were ruined made me feel suspicious. She made no comment about the scratch that had happened and said nothing could be done about the prongs. I just left and took my ring to another jeweler, who repaired my ring very well but the work cost me a lot of money, far more than I paid for the resizing. I took the ring back to Classic Jewelers and told them that they had resized my ring but damaged it in the process and told me they couldn’t fix it, so I had to pay someone else to fix it. I asked for my money back. I was told they could give me a store credit but no money. He asked how much I had paid and I said forty-two something dollars. As he was writing, I took out the receipt to see the exact amount. I told him $42.80. He had already written $40. When I told him the exact amount, he said something about tax, but said okay, whatever, and crossed out the $40 and wrote $42. To damage a ring, say you can’t fix it, and refuse to give my money back but instead keep the money tied up in the store is unacceptable – and not to make the credit for the amount I paid?? A refund is perfectly reasonable. I didn’t even give them the bill for the damage that was done due to their work. I had to pay much more for the ring than I ever bargained for. I won’t be back, and neither will my family members. Unfortunately, with these things, it’s their word against mine. I suspect if I hear from them again it won’t be a satisfactory response, but someone else can now take into consideration my experience. I hope it’s helpful to other customers.

I have frequently bought jewelry over the years, so I'm always walking into jewelry stores to see what they have in stock. The day I visited Tena's I needed to sell a bracelet. After the appraisal they gave me some lowball number that they would give me for the bracelet. I don't no if this was done as a ploy to insult my intelligence, take advantage of perceived desperation, or these people are just crooks. I seriously wondered how much their jewelry is marked up. If you want to sell your jewelry don't waste your time with small town Hartwell, go to Anderson SC. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this store. The only reason this has a 1 star rating is because it's the only way I could get it to post.

I love supporting local businesses, but I'd be cautious with Cochran's if you're in need of jewelry repair or custom orders. I purchased my husband's wedding band at Cochran's, and everything was fine, as it was catalog ordered. However, the experience with my rings was quite the opposite, as the jeweler messed up quite a few times before actually getting it right. HOWEVER, I know that they recently switched jewelers-- I wouldn't be surprised if the other guy was ""let go."" I have nothing but good things to say about the salespeople but it seems like the jewelers they have come and go.. so I would recommend speaking with both the jeweler AND the salespeople if you are looking to purchase. Hopefully the new guy is more reliable and reputable!

My wife's watch needed a battery replacement. I walked in to see if they can help. Not only were they exceedingly helpful and courteous, they serviced the watch in minutes. The charge ($15.95) was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this business for any jewelry/watch repair service one may need.
