Pet Sense
My boyfriend and I went in here today with a coupon from blue buffalos website and upon entering we asked one of the employees if they honored such coupons and she responded with yea no problem. So we purchased our item and made our way to the register where we informed the cashier that we had a coupon and she proceeds to tell us that they Do Not honor that coupon..well that was the icing on the cake..this is the 2nd time this has happened where we were told one thing by someone and then something completely different from someone else..which is it? We enjoy the convenience of this establishment..but we will be taking our business and money somewhere else until they can get their stories straight..sincerely, not yours anymore
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
