Horrible experience with this Dr.. After doing surgery he left me with dropped foot in both feet-not even in the same surgery ! He did it twice ! No other neurosurgeon has ever heard of this ! Severe pain for the rest of my life,no other surgeon will touch me now because of the mess he has left in my back !thanks dr.bedside manner !all your smiles won't cure my pain !if you want pain for the rest of your life then he's the guy to see !

I decided to go to Dr. Kass to receive Restylane in my lips. More than anything I wanted to go to a doctor who did the injections himself, rather than using an esthetician or nurse. Two of my friends go to him, and they are always very happy with their results. I was able to get in a few weeks after I called for a consult, and received treatment same day. Dr. Kass was very patient and very gentle and explained everything to me. My lips looking AMAZING! I wish I had done this sooner. There was very little pain, and swelling went away in a day or so. My lips look soft and sultry, just what I wanted! Dr. Kass and his staff of dolls are true sweethearts!

Horrible professional skills! Called for some info on a re-exam for immigration paperwork and got a run around. She did not wish to release lab results from previous year - maybe so she can charge again for the same services (speculating). Phone skills are horrible, she pretended to be someone names Barbara when i called a second time (she did this to someone when we were in the office too, wasn't surprised when she tried it on me). Find another Dr. for your immigration physical! A little digging and we found one much more affordable and WAY more professional!

I saw two different Drs at the countryside facility. Both were terrible.I went there for shoulder pain.No help what so ever!.Told me to get an MRI.Didnt help me set it up.I had to find a place and do it myself. After the MRI They told me Rose Radiology was the worst place I could have gone. They said open MRI's don't work.Physical therapy didn't work either.Again no help what so ever.

I have dealt with acne since I was in my early teens. I’ve been on proactive, tried every over the counter product imaginable and even had some laser treatments. After reaching my wits end, I did some serious research and came across Dr. Kass. After my initial consult, I was ready for treatment that day! The thing about Dr. Kass is that he doesn’t pull any punches and is very frank and very realistic about the chances for improvement. But his before and after photos truly speak for themselves. I had a deep peel and filler done to help with my acne scaring. I was unable to go out in the sun for quite some time, but it was well worth the wait. My skin has never looked better! The scars have diminished so much. The fine lines and bumps are almost all gone. My skin is amazing improved, so soft and smooth compared to before treatment. It brings me to tears to know that there is finally a treatment out there that works so well!

She suggested to my husband that if he pays for 2 sessions (at $100 each session), she will give him his 2 subutex/suboxone (another story there) without him having to see her again so soon.

I saw a couple of extremely negative reviews about this medical office. They are *so* wrong.I knew Dr. Roberts, and he was great. Since he left, I have been seeing Dr. Malone. Dr. Malone listens, is caring, and exhibits great skill. I trust him.And as to the other negative review, just today I developed a condition for which I needed to make an appointment. That appoint is tomorrow morning for 9:00am -- that is excellent service.

Last year my sister in law had a croton oil peel by Dr. Kass, she had terrible lines on her face and after the peel she looked as smooth and tight as could be. I decided at that point that I needed to have this peel done. The decision was easy for me since she had already had it done and I saw what amazing results are achieved first hand! I did meet with Dr. Kass for a consultation to discuss further concerns I had about my face, and decided to go ahead and book a facelift and have the croton peel done at the same time. I felt like a pro during my pre and post op experience since I had already witnessed it before. I’m just had my 3 month check up with Dr. Kass and I was right on par! My fine lines and smokers lines around my mouth were gone; my face was no longer sagging. Anyone who is thinking about doing this needs to see Dr. Kass, he’s the best!

she overfilled my face where it didnt need filling and so i had to go back at least 4 times to get it dissolved and each time..i waited at least 45 minutes before she got to me....i should have just thrown the money i spent down the toilet instead...what a waste of alot of money to look worse than when i started..and now i look like a pillow face and my face looks square not oval....

After Dr. Roberts retired they hired Dr. Malone, a veterinarian. He does not listen, and does not care what you say - he has a "I AM THE DOCTOR" mentality. I am 70 yrs old and I know what works with me. He prescribes new meds that do not work with me. He appears to be on the take with the Pharmaceuticals. I am changing doctors after 15 years. Was great before Dr. Roberts retired.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
