This morning there was a very healthy, large bobcat in our backyard. It hopped the fence in one big jump. Wow!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The ONLY pro to moving here is the location. Roaches and rats are treated like acceptable community members. Maintenance takes at least 5-10 days just to look at and assess your request and then even more time to half ass fix it.We sent SEVERAL request to have our apartment inspected due to mold. They sent a maintenance guy to take a lint brush and attempt to wipe the mold from the fan and vents. The mold still remains and we've taken pictures. Still no response from management. We will be talking to a lawyer and the county. The mold has caused respiratory reactions as well as skin reactions. These people only care about money. The management turnover is unbelievable. They never answer the phone and do not send proper communications to residence regarding emergency water shut offs. While we lived at this horrible place, kids ran rampant on the playground. They played barefoot in the dog park, transferring dog feces into the pools. The management somehow felt this was not their concern. The walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear literally everything your neighbor is doing and saying. You will pay for their so called amenities such as a business area with computers and a printer, as well as a fitness facility but they close these once they lock the office, so don't expect to be able to print anything or do any homework or business if you are a normal 9-5 employee.Their slogan is "The Lifestyle you Deserve"..... I don't know ANYONE who "deserves" to live like this. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Ted, the manager, is scary. He also, in my opinion, seems to be somewhat brain damaged. Some of the women who have lived there have expressed that he seemed to be pretty creepy, at times. Ladies, do you really want to live somewhere where you are scared of the manager crossing over your personal boundaries, without permission (see other reviews, where one wrote about her experience with just that)? Really, do you? Property is nice, and as other have said, is pretty well maintained. Management, in my opinion, is borderline sick. They say things, and then you find out that they can do the opposite, and not feel one bit bad about misrepresenting what they said. My experience was that while I was there, Ted seemed to be more than a bit untrustworthy! Just a feeling that I had. I would not want to live there after knowing all that I now know. Also, the train, at times (like at night), can be a REAL nuisance. Complex looks great, but do your homework BEFORE you move in, or else, you may be sorry.
I have worked on several transactions with Gavin and have found him to be very knowledgeable about Clearwater real estate. He is honest and direct and easy to work with. He really puts his clients needs before his own, recently canceling a local appointment to drive 4 hours to discuss an offer in person with his client. Dedication like that is rare.
Project Prosper is a very professional and ethical organization. Their financial literacy classes and no interest loan program help many immigrants throughout Tampa Bay.
Staff was super helpful! Assisted in unloading and sorting. Their Saturday hours are also very convenient. Will definitely be back.
To Whom It May Concern: My elderly in-laws needed to sell their condo in Clearwater, FL. In January of this year, I did some internet research for realtors, and made a cold call to Gavin McGrath, with your agency, asking him how a sale of property long distance would take place. He answered my specific questions very thoroughly , and nothing more was done at that time. I was impressed with his taking so much time for explanation, without even a promise of future business. In late March of this year, my husband & I came to FL to start the process of selling this condo for my in-laws, which is when we contacted Gavin, who remembered our call and we finally met him. He was so far superior in all ways (over the other woman with whom we interviewed, who boldly claimed her superiority of knowledge of TOTW, even condemning any other agents abilities in that regard). Gavin has a confident & knowledgeable demeanor and a truly personable but professional manner. After hiring Gavin as our agent, many, many troublesome problems had to be handled, and single-handedly by Gavin, as my husband and I returned home early April. A mold issue and a water leakage problem caused many months of concern - construction had to happen, with a company that Gavin had to find. Materials had to be selected, again by Gavin in our absence. Furniture had to be removed, a very involved and lengthy process, where Gavin personally and physically moved some items and arranging for pick up by others. A thorough housecleaning of the unit had to be done, which some Gavin physically did himself, and then he found us a cleaning crew. And an air quality test had to be done, which again, Gavin had to direct. All of these processes entailed coordination and Gavin’s physical presence to let these workers in.Lastly, but most importantly, due to the buyers’ agents ineptness, and making a burdensome and annoying mistake on the contract, our buyers almost walked away from the deal with only three days before closing. The buyers wanted the furniture (which Gavin spent hours and hours removing) but the buyer's agent specifically stated that the furnishings were “not applicable”! Gavin had to make some late night frantic emails & phone calls to all involved, and negotiated an acceptable solution to all parties, thereby allowing the settlement to go as planned. The process was grueling and trying, but Gavin never lost his cool or his dedication to this process. The commission on this sale had to be one of his smallest, but he never wavered from his responsibility to us. We are forever in his debt, and my infirm in-laws are so grateful that we found this wonderful agent. You should be very pleased to have such a professional person on your team. He will be highly recommended by us for all to see. Sincerely,Ray & Patti Neumannfor Fred Neumann & Alice Walters2231 Utopian Dr., E
The property manager will terminate your lease without ever trying to talk to you. This will happen after your complaints are ignored. The entire staff is lazy and avoid doing their jobs at all costs.
Our experience with Gavin as our realtor was outstanding. He is quick to respond to questions. We did not know the area as we had just moved here to Clearwater. Within a week we not only found the home of our dreams but the closing was quick, easy and we closed in 30 days. We could not be happier. We would recommend Gavin to anyone.
The people of this co. are snakes. I moved out on 12/30/15. It is now 2/16/16 which is about 6 WEEKS from my move out date according to my LEASE.I have contacted the office multiple times with SEVERAL voicemails, not one contact back to me. Horrible customer service, coming from a former corporate CS manager.Someone answers once out of the 10 times I call. Every time I call the answer as for the status of my refunded deposit is different! I do not care the excuse! On CONTRACT and per the STATEyou need to issue a refund within 15-30 days. Now it is 16 DAYS PAST DUE and I am still getting excuses. The attitudes I have caught from the office staff is tremendous. Now after I have already wasted several hours of MY TIME trying to literally track down my deposit, I will now have to spend MY TIME going into a place I left 2 months ago to seek it out? Never in my life as a tenant have I had to endure this! DONT LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED
So far I have brought in 2 different trucks for all new tires and these guys were able to replace them all for me. No problems at all! 1 truck was a newer model, but my truck is an older classic and they took care of it like I would. I recommend these guys to everyone I talk to!
