I just want to say that I called AAA. and when this gentleman showed up he made my son’s evening! My son is has some social delays but he loves big trucks and when this man heard that he offered to let my son honk the horn and the joy in my sons face made my heart melt! Sir I didn’t catch your name but you are perfectly wonderful and I hope you and your family have a joyous and blessed holiday!

Most TRUSTWORTHY repair facility in town, the owner Tony is outstanding. Two of his technicians David Lescault and David Gross are the best two in town. I had the pleasure and honor to have them both as employees when I was in the business. Now I can just say I have the honor to be able to call them both near dear friends of mine. Only place I will go to have my vehicles repaired, becsuse I know I will get the honest facts and not ever be overcharged or pay for something I don't need.Thank you for providing a very rare service in town HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM always

Bo's Shop & Towing
Yesterday, 7 Oct 2017, Richard came out to repair a flat I had in Downtown Clarksville, TN. Not only was he professional, he went the extra mile to ensure that my spare tire was put on my vehicle in a quickness. I have one of those holes above my License plate that you have to insert a long rod/tool into in order to have the spare lowered from underneath, well...I no longer have mine in my Ford Ranger truck, and they did not have that tool on the Tow truck...so....Richard called his wife to have her bring his personal truck to the location in order to use his personal one to get the job done, as his truck uses the same tool.!!! THAT was much appreciated Richard!!!!!! Customer service such as this is simply not seen much anymore, any other towing company would have just told me they would have to tow me to a garage or something and it would have sat over the weekend. Thanks again Richard, and Bo's Towing for employing this gentlemen that truly cares about those he helps!!!!

A & R Complete Auto Care
Got my car fully serviced and spent $1500 to make sure my car was trip worthy. Not even a few hours later and my tire light comes on saying my right front tire was low and that another tire had 80psi pressure (supposed to be at 30psi). Took it BACK to them to fix this. Left for to go on vacation and on Saturday tire light comes on again. Sure enough. Tire sensors weren't fixed and they hadn't put enough air in it. We put air in it and decide to deal with it when we get back so we can try to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Today is Tuesday and my drive belt is busted and my car is trying to overheat and my battery light came on. They claimed they check my belts but clearly they didn't. NEVER going back there again! Now our vacation is ruined bc of them!!!! When I get back I'm going to be talking to a lawyer it seems. This is ridiculous!

A & J Auto Repair
Lack of communication, very unprofessional, hard to reach when calling (due to nobody answering or phone turned off), and the car sits at the shop for well over a week without even getting looked at. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this place!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My car was left there for ten days untouched . The owner "AJ" supposedly left the country and did not notify me that there would only be one employee to service vehicles . After three days of being there I wanted to take my car somewhere else but there was no physical presence at this shop. Both numbers provided were turned off on Thursday and I could not get my key to move my car . AJ said he would be back during the weekend but had the phone turned off. He did not answer until Tuesday night . I did get my car wesnday morning and am relived it's in a safer shop and is actually being taken care of. I wanted to warn the community because this has been a nightmare. I havnt worked in ten days because my car has been up there and they refused to answer voice messages so I could remove my car because they are irresponsible and untrustworthy. They say on this website they are accredited with a A+ from the BBB, I don't believe that because of my experience and review of others.

A & J Auto Repair
Not honest or trust worthy. The owner is friendly; however his mechanics are shady. We had work done on a vehicle here and some one stole a perfectly good battery and replaced it with a dead battery of a different brand. We were quoted and given written quotes for a price, then the price was changed higher, with out notice. Be cautious when talking to or allowing this place around your vehicle.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
