Jim & Jerry's Express Car Wash
Jerry's car wash damaged my new car. I showed them immediately while still there. They took pictures and wrote up a report. They said they'd contact me within 72 hours. That was 7 days ago, no one has contacted me and they do not answer their phone. Now my insurance has to get my car repaired and try to recoup the money from them. Never going there again!!

River Falls Car Wash
Well, after seeing a car wash on 10th Street in Jeffersonville go downhill fast when the previous owner gave the business to his son, I decided to travel to Clarksville and check out the River Falls Car Wash on Vaxter Avenue. I heard it was great years ago, but it was a little out of my way. I tried it out a couple times, plus had a car detailed inside. I honestly can't rate this place even average on all points. Apparently, the old owner sold out and the quality went down Big League. I paid for the BEST wash you can buy and had to return for them to finish the treatment they said I would get. Even after coming back a 2nd time I needed to put some effort in myself when I got home. Unfortunately, I had already put my wife's car on for a detail and asked specifically for a certain detailer and told twice she would do it. She didn't do it so I didn't get a great job. My wife and I spent so.easy time on her car when I got home due to the detailer not "doing their job." When I pay a detailer to detail my car I expect the steering wheel to be cleaned and the center console cleaned. Funny, the back console did get cleaned. Kudos for that. The car looked better than what it did before I brought it in, sor if that is all you care about then go to this car wash. If you want your car DETAILED like you would do yourself, don't be surprised when it isn't. Unless of course you can get Tasha to do it. I trust she would do it right. I was told on two separate occasions Tasha would detail my car. She did not. I was lied to. It is unacceptable behavior to me. I could say more detailed things, but it isn't worth anymore of my time at this point. Just beware of spending money at this business. It is disappointing.

Wash O Rama Car Wash
A Dreadful Experience ! They did not clean my car to my satisfaction and when I pointed that out, they became insulting, even swearing at me. One old man asked me to leave and even threatened me asking me step across the street for a "lesson". Little did he know, I'm a double black belt with 45 years worth of training even with professional competition. It would have been the last time he would have been able to use his arm for some time. Anyway, this jerk finally did what I asked and I left. But, I'd avoid this business like the plague, unless you enjoy being insulted and threatened. The old man mention needs to be fired. If he's the owner or manager, he needs to be thrown out of the business !TC

Joe's Car Wash
The new card swipe machine they installed doesn't make it clear on how the charges work. It says $2.50 - $20.00 but doesn't say as soon as your finished you have to press the stop button to avoid a larger charge. So I ended up paying $20.00 to wash my floor mats!! Won't go back! And there's no phone number to call either

Jim & Jerry's Express Car Wash
I usually get the $3.00 wash and with free vacuums it is a good deal. but I have noticed that the vacuums are less effective and some of them do not work at all. Also the front and back of my car are not clean. So I upped to the $10 wash and then the $12 wash...same thing. I can see by these reviews that some people have had more serious problems and nothing has been done. so, I am guessing I wont even ask for a refund. I will start going to a different place.

Jim & Jerry's Express Car Wash
The drive through car wash is a drive through car wash. Easy enough. The vacuums are a joke. I came here once when it was really busy. The suction was barely existant. I assumed this was due to so many people using them. I visited again and the same issue persists with minimal cars present. Just to put it into perspective, the vacuum can't even suck up a pebble of nerds candy. I'm almost positive more items fell out of the vacuum and into my car than vice versa.
Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
