Oaks At Arcade Creek
Loved this place. Plenty of storage, clean grounds, very nice management and responds quickly to any issues. Large patios, and my favorite was laundry inside the unit. Laundry machines are big and spacious. I loved the crown molding, gives a very homy feel. Kristin (manager) is very sweet and helpful person. We lived there for 2.5 year and had no issues with an apartment, or neighbors or any violence. We had to move because we needed garage. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a nice apartment complex. Pet friendly and the office staff is nice. We lived here for a year and are sad to leave. They have nice appliances and an option to get wood panels for the floor. They have nice fireplaces too. The gym is nice for a quick run in the morning and the pool is great for summer. It's usually quiet and the neighbors are for the most part quiet and respectful.

Greenback Manor Apartments
large population of Ukrainian and Russian people that live here. If you have a low income this place is for you. Great management! Big kids playground! Lots of free parking and guest parking. Lovely landscaped apartments that looks like almost new inside and outside.

Hidden Oaks Apartment Homes
I lived in these apartments for awhile. I really liked the set up of the apartment and the area, grounds, pools. However, I got robbed while there and it turned out to be the maintenance man that worked there.

Hidden Oaks Apartment Homes
I am still giving them a four star even though I was robbed by their maintenance man. The area is great. Quiet. Apartments are nice. Really enjoyed living there.

Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments
This place is absolutely wonderful. I moved my dad here. The whole place is solar so his bills were $1 or $2 for Smud and PGE. Great rec room for the tenants.
