Olive Garden isn't what it used to be. It's not this location's fault but their latest menu doesn't have many of the traditional Italian dishes that appeal to my husband and me. No manicotti, chicken marsala, or parmesan tilapia. Mostly they have fattrning cream-laden type pastas and heavy desserts. Our server was not attentive, took about 15 minutes to bring us water and take our order and got the bill mixed up. He argued with my husband about wine - he didn't know that zinfandel can also be red, which my husband tried to order. He said there is only white zinfandel.
Food is delicious. Ate their chicken meatballs and also some sort of artichoke/goat cheese pizza. But the waiter was so rude that I was afraid of him. I was with a large group, and he was equally rude to everyone. Not sure if he is still there... this was months ago. But, again, the food was good. We just have not been back due to the waiter... who may not even be there anymore.
This restaurant is part of a popular pizza chain in the Cincinnati area. Monday and Tuesday nights spaghetti-a-plenty is a deal that can't be beat. $4.99 gets you a salad, spaghetti, garlic bread or breadsticks with refills on bread and spaghetti. Wednesday night has kids make your own one topping pizza with a drink and cookie for $3.99. Lots of fun.
I've been to Adriatico's multiple times since I started my graduate work at University of Cincinnati back in August of 2012. The pizza and zonis are to die for. They also have a very good selection of beer on tap. The service has always been good everytime I've eaten there. Definitely a must if you're in town to visit or you visit the area often.
Happy to have this establishment in the area. Lunch specials every weekday. My favorite is the Thursday small pizza deal. Select a two topping pizza or signature pizza (six slices per pie) plus a drink for $6.99. Of course, you will have leftovers. Friendly, quick service in a surprisingly large venue.
I have been waiting since August for this pizzeria to open. I had Jet's Pizza for the first time last year in Florence, KY. Their deep dish pizza is as good as John Travolta's favorite pizzeria in Bensonhurst Brooklyn on 20th Ave/Bay Parkway! (Saturday Night Fever) I lived there from 1986-1999. Ciao!
Hand tossed artisan pizzas a little more gourmet than the usual pizza joint. They really only have salad, calzones, and pizza on the menu along with beer and wine. Create your own, specialty, or seasonal pizzas in three different sizes. Could have a wait at dinner time for a table.
Italian food done right. Attentive wait staff, and the owner makes sure to come to your table before you leave . Cozy, quiet booths are conducive to conversation with friends. A little on the pricey side, but a perfect choice for a special night out.
Pizza comparable to Papa John's which is right next door. Both offer some good deals but when Papa John's shows up in 20 minutes and Domino's shows up in 90 minutes when you ordered from both at the same time it's clear to me to Order Papa John's
Who doesn't like their unlimited salad and bread sticks? If you like Italian food this is a place you will enjoy. I am also impressed that every Veteran's Day they provide a free entree for vets and current military. Very nice of them!
