Reflection Medical Spa
The office is nice, clean, very professional staff. I was met by a very friendly lady named Mary, she was the service provider, very professional, caring, she explained how hair grows, the procedure and the cost. She told me I would have to dedicated to stick to the schedule and she worked with Dr. Guzman to personalize my treatment plan (found a combination of things that worked best for me). She was EXCELLENT!!! Very encouraging and it paid off!! I stuck to the plan and I am now hair free. Mary is great, she made me feel comfortable!

Dr. Glen Hofmann and staff of the Bethesda Fertility Center are the best in town !!! If you want to bring home a baby this is where you need to go... I have never been treated more knidly and experienced straight up treatment plans. He is not here to waste my money and these day we all need to be worried about that!!!! They are the best !!!!!!!!!!! I can't say enought as to how they help me and my husband bring our wonderful baby boy into this world. We will be forever grateful.

Reflection Medical Spa
She's my doctor so I didn't realize that she has a medical spa so I would look it up to see what her information was and what people thought of her. She's really my doctor on and off for about 30 years. I like her, she's very nice. I've been in and out of Cincinnati so it's like I use her whenever I live in Cincinnati and then I don't so I don't have a consistent history with her. She's always been bad with punctuality but she was better that she used to be.

Dine Mark S MD
Dr. Hein is an admirable physician with a heart bigger than his sense of humor, and it shows in his personal rapport. He is one to soothe worries and fears; giving more than just the medical side of his expertise. I could not give higher praise for this physician; who really is a caring ally in any circumstance. It's a shame only to have 5 stars to rate him; he is sooo many more!

Reflection Medical Spa
This is my first year with her and she's very good and thorough. I have some health issues and she's always rather punctual, thorough and nice. I've been very satisfied with her. She's extremely thorough. She extremely nice people on her staff. It's a small, clean office. There are times she has me come in early because she knew I would take extra time.

Morriss, Angela B, MD
Dr. S. is a really good doctor. I've been going to her for the last 4 years and I have to say that I've never been more pleased with a doctor. She's REALLY smart & knows her business. I went 20 years being misdiagnosed, and it took Dr. S. all of 20 minutes to know that I do have RA & needed her help. She's a great doctor!

Sclafani Joseph MD
Unlike the reviewer below, I went to Dr Sclafani and was able to get pregnant twice working with him and his team. We were blessed with two healthy boys. Very little in life is one-size-works-for-all. It's sad the processes didn't work for Beverly but that doesn't mean they don't work at all.

Tips & Advices
Academic medical centers provide the widest range of specialty care treatments, including the latest technological advances, clinical trials, and surgical techniques. In general, an academic medical center is a better choice than a community hospital for complicated treatments or rare diseases. Pediatric intensive care, especially, is usually performed at academic medical centers.
Academic medical centers offer a broad range of specialized services, from allergists to urologists. Some of the larger medical centers have entire hospitals or clinics focused on a particular medical service, such as cancer treatment, though specialties vary among the centers. Patients whose community hospital or local doctors do not have the facilities or expertise to address complex medical conditions can be referred by their primary care physician or local specialist to a major medical center (there are more than a dozen in the United States).
Yes. In addition to their inpatient hospital services, medical centers can offer a wide variety of outpatient services, such as pain clinics, rehabilitation centers, surgery, imaging and laboratory, mental health treatment, and outpatient cancer treatment. Medical groups – doctors in private practice but affiliated with the medical center--will also have offices within the medical center.
Physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants, residents, and attending physicians makeup the clinical staff of an academic medical center.
Medical center accreditation is not required, but most centers work voluntarily toward accreditation because it represents higher standards of healthcare quality and patient safety.
