I signed them up to help us move, even spoke to them on the phone to confirm. They NEVER SHOWED UP, the didn't answer their phone, their phone didn't even accept voicemail. I'd give them a negative review if it was possible....I"m 53 and my wife is 50 and we had to load the Uhaul ourselves after NUMEROUS attempts to get in touch them.

The guy at the counter (Hashem?), asked if I had a payday loan out. I said yes. He acted like I had tried to conceal that info. He then asked if I had others out. Which I don't! Accused me of trying to rip them off. Asked him repeatedly to explain his question. He continued barraging me with the same question, saying I have a payday loan with Cashland in default. Guess what genius? It's not a payday loan! It's an installment loan and its in default for reasons that are none of his business. This place advertises no credit check,lmao! Becoming angry, I told him I wanted my paperwork back including my application which has private info. He refused to give me the application. I called the police as I'm not going to let this person who for all I know may be a terrorist trying to steal my identity, keep important private personal info. He finally relented after he realized I had called the police. IF YOU VALUE INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STEER CLEAR OF THIS P.O.S.!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR SERVICES NOR EMPLOYMENT!!! This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. They lie to get new employees. They paint a picture of a NONEXISTING employment there to make people interested but they all learn eventually. They treat everyone VERY BAD! They don't care about the employees or clients they just want the money!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Just got hired on through Scarlet & Gray cleaning a week ago, love doing the work, love the hours (PT), love making the teachers happy with keeping a clean classroom every day, BUT, when a company wants you to break your back cleaning urine, feces, puke, spit, snot, vacuum, mop, ext. lets break down the math.... out of 7 classrooms and only gives you a 3 hour time limit (no more) to do everything, including the teachers lounge, and is only paying employees 8.50/hr, thats only $25/day. If you include taxes taken out per day, thats only $20/day. Now, lets break this down even more...when you clean 7 classrooms for $20/day, that is only $2.85 employees are getting paid to clean each classroom. Sadly, Mark Cappel does not want to pay his employees the right way. But who would clean 7 classrooms (thoroughly) for only $20 in a 3 hour time period?? Mark needs to rethink the wadges for his employees or offer more hours. Only take this job if you have nothing else better to do with your life.

This is how this works, when you sit at his office, interested in starting your own business they will sell you everything you want to hear plus some. Curt and his low class office crew will become the most unhuman, racist and unprofessional bunch you will ever deal with. They will make your and your possible employes lives miserable, they are dishonest, they create last minute under the rug rules so he can keep franchisees on a short leash, they are bipolar, and will do whatever it takes to make you loose your Franchise if you don't play by their narcissistic ways, and in the mean time they will sell the same Franchise to others so they can keep on making money . Horrible business manager. DO NOT SELL YOUR SOUL TO THIS FALSE BUSINESS! Please do your research before getting into this manipulative and obscure not worthy of anyone decent deal.
