There can be a wait sometimes to place your order. I guess that shows what quality baked goods they sell. My favorite day to shop here is on Thursday when I check out their Thursday Crazy Special. It always consists of a coffee cake of your choice, a bread product (usually buns or a variety of breads) and a baked good item. I love when they have the yellow loaf cake as part of the week's deal. It could also be a container of the tea cookies they are famous for, cupcakes, or whatever else suits their fancy. For the cost of $9.00 that really is crazy!
Attention coffee lovers! You might want to check out this neighborhood establishment. Various teas are also among the drink options. A good assortment of vegetarian options for those eating in the cafe with some tempting dessert selections to satisfy your sweet tooth. A cute gift shop with unique items is a pleasant surprise, too.
Always like to patronize family owned local businesses. Little Dutch Bakery is a third generation shop full of tasty treats. I especially like the Best of Cincinnati beehive coffee cake. Those sell out quickly (for good reason) so you might want to preorder this. Street parking is at a minimum so park in the lot out back.
Not many of these local bakeries around anymore. This third generation establishment must be doing something right. Open Monday through Saturday with an amazing assortment of breads, pastries, cakes, etc.,that never disappoint. Love the German springle cookies sold at Christmas. They bring back childhood memories.
Great baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Disappointing if you go too late in the day and they are out of bread. Get the Panera rewards card and earn points for discounts or free items. Always place holiday orders ahead of time. They are very efficient when you go to get your order.
George's cake is absolutely amazing! It is always fresh, moist, and full of flavor. You can't go wrong ordering from him, not to mention the great customer service. I've ordered from him several times and it's always a great experience.
THIS PLACE IS -AMAZING- thank you for bringing such wonderful homemade trats to the city! And with all of this recent heat we have been having it is wonderful to have something that is cold and tastey!!
You can always smell the cinnabons when you walk in the mall. I buy one to go. Unfortunately there's not a location near me, but maybe that's a good thing. They are delicious.
I provide entertainment for 100 weddings annually, so I eat a lot of wedding cake. A Spoon Fulla Sugar is my hands down favorite. Great. Great. Great.
Creative, fanciful, delightful packaging and wonderful cookies inside. Must have been created by a 1960's poet, and Moosewood devotee.
