When planning our spring 2014 wedding, my husband and I were in complete agreement to invest in a quality photographer to capture our special day. Once we saw Sherri Barber's work, we didn't look any further! Fortunately, we were able to secure Sherri for our date. After our engagement session with Sherri, my husband and I knew we had the right fit for us! Sherri is extremely talented! She has an amazing eye for color and contrast, not to mention her expertise in lighting and visual effects. As an international boutique photographer, Sherri is continuously working to take her craft to the next level, capturing the next exclusive piece. Sherri was very professional, prompt with responses, and fun to work with. I also found her to be an excellent source of reference for other vendors in the Cincinnati area (very helpful since I planned my wedding from afar)!! Because she cared enough to understand my vision, we quickly established a foundation of trust. I knew I could depend on her to be honest with me and provide solid feedback. What we appreciated most about Sherri is that she connects with each couple uniquely. That chemistry unlocks the ability to capture the essence of each couple. This combined with an eclectic venue equals a "one-of-a-kind" catalogue of YOUR day! We absolutely LOVED our photographs!! Everytime we review them, we can literally feel the emotion of those moments all over again. From beginning to end, she did a FAN-TABULOUS job!! If we were starting the process all over again, we'd choose Sherri a million times over. I would highly recommend her. She is competitively price and she travels!! I had to look a couple of times to be sure I was signed in to the correct dealer review page. I am stunned at the bad reviews.I went to this dealership looking for a very specific vehicle. Not only did they have what I wanted all in one vehicle, unlike other dealers, but they had a better vehicle for less than the competitors. Dustin was the sales pro who helped me, and he did so with dignity, respect toward me, professionalism better than any other I had experienced, and was patient and courteous in answering my very intense and driven questions....complete with a winning smile! I also do not believe a female must have a male with her to get the best car deal out there.......Dustin proved my beliefs to be true. I had done my homework and knew what I could get for what amount. What I didn't know is that, with Dustins help, I would come away with even more features on my vehicle for the same (actually lower) price than I had anticipated based on the information I had from Consumer Reports, etc. This grandma-ma could not be happier if I had designed the deal myself! I really loved my previous van, but I believe my new van is going to be every bit as special, and more! Thank you Dustin, for putting me into such a gorgeous van, for a great deal!I would be pleased to suggest Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone looking for their next vehicle. (Hint: there was a drop dead gorgeous Jeep and a head -turning Charger in the show room just waiting for some one to come take them home!)
It was a wonderful experience, our sales gentleman Flint Herold has got to be the best salesman we have ever seen! Me and my husband came in and were treated with the utmost respect. Actually we were completely surprised by how we were treated!; we came in looking at used trucks and ended up with a new 2015 F150. We have bought many cars and know that dealers typically make more money on used cars and our salesman Flint showed us options on several used trucks and finally a brand new truck. I had never considered a new truck because I thought we couldn't afford it! Flint took the time to show us the details and the new truck was almost the same overall cost as a used truck that had 68,000 miles on it. Even though Flint made less money on the new truck vs the used one, he helped us figure out which way made the most sense for us/ the best way to help us, and not just the truck that made him the most money. Besides Flint, his manager Ed made us feel at home with no pressure to do anything we didn't want to do, as well as our finance guy Dave, the technology guy Keith and two higher up managers I believe are Jason & James all made us feel like we could ask anything and get an honest answer. Thank you all! My husband really loves our new F150 and we will be recommending Flint to everyone we know and to anyone looking for a salesperson who really cares!!
I purchased my car from Joe Kidd and have had all maintenance and service work performed by them. I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgable, profiencient and courteous. I live on the west side of Cincinnati and recently had an automobile accident. When determining where to have my automobile towed to I did not hesitate to have it towed to Joe Kidd Mitsubishi to have the repair work done. Brian has been superb in handling all aspects of ensuring that the repair work is done to my satisfaction. In the future when I need to purchase a new/used vehicle I will not hesitate to bypass all dealerships on the west side and head directly to Joe Kidd Mitsubishi.
I bought a new Explorer for my wife and was very impressed with the level of service that I got. My salesman FLINT HEROLD was AMAZING!! and he was able to answer every question I had! I must have asked him a million questions for about an hour straight!!; on the Explorer as well as a new GMC Acadia and Mitsubishi Outlander. I was simply amazed that he wasn't pushy... EVER!!; was extremely knowledgeable and got me an outstanding deal! Now my wife has the Limited Explorer of her dreams and I am one happy man!! I would definitely recommend Flint to anyone looking for anything at the Kerry Ford!! SOOO VERY HAPPY!!!
Mike W in service was awesome. I just drove to town from out of state Friday night and had issues with my 08 Tahoe. I needed to return back home on Sunday. I called in Saturday morning and Mike said bring it in, we are only open to 12, but we will look at it. He put a rush on it and was able to repair my rotor. Then I picked up my clean car, the cashier offered me a tin of cookies, and I was on my way by noon. This is what service is supposed to be, thank you to the entire team at Joseph's. If I lived here I would be a customer for life. you will not be disappointed. #chevyrocks
Brad Schultz was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us space to look things over. He was very up front about pricing and helped us decide which model was best given our situation and budget. I had a wonderful experience with Brad and would recommend working with him to family and friends. Buying cars is usually a less than desirable experience but Bard made purchasing my first BMW an easy and enjoyable experience. I will definitely go back to see Brad when I'm ready for another car!
These people really know how to take care of the customers! Their customer service is excellent, I never take my cobalt anywhere but here for all its mechanical service needs with or without a warranty, they work with you not against your pocket. Automobile repairs can be expensive they're will work with you. Thanks to Mike, and all the service dept. Sorry his name is the only one I remember, the gentleman that signed me in was great as well as the rental office person.
Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a wonderful place to go in search of a new car. They have a variety of models to show you the different features, they're not overly persistent and pushy about the sales. they're looking to find you the vehicle that best suits your needs. Bob Roper showed us the 2013 Dodge Dart and the Avenger, and I ended up purchasing a brand new, bright orange Dodge Dart right off the showroom floor. I'd highly recommend them to anyoe.
Absolutely the best service team around. Takes wonderful care of my truck when I bring it in. Always makes sure to run it though the car wash for me. They know how much my vehicle means to me, so they always make sure it's in the best running and looking shape. Tibbi one of the managers is also going the extra mile to help with me some spots I can't get out of my paint. Thank you for the excellent service, keep up good work guys I appreciate it.
