I had to look a couple of times to be sure I was signed in to the correct dealer review page. I am stunned at the bad reviews.I went to this dealership looking for a very specific vehicle. Not only did they have what I wanted all in one vehicle, unlike other dealers, but they had a better vehicle for less than the competitors. Dustin was the sales pro who helped me, and he did so with dignity, respect toward me, professionalism better than any other I had experienced, and was patient and courteous in answering my very intense and driven questions....complete with a winning smile! I also do not believe a female must have a male with her to get the best car deal out there.......Dustin proved my beliefs to be true. I had done my homework and knew what I could get for what amount. What I didn't know is that, with Dustins help, I would come away with even more features on my vehicle for the same (actually lower) price than I had anticipated based on the information I had from Consumer Reports, etc. This grandma-ma could not be happier if I had designed the deal myself! I really loved my previous van, but I believe my new van is going to be every bit as special, and more! Thank you Dustin, for putting me into such a gorgeous van, for a great deal!I would be pleased to suggest Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone looking for their next vehicle. (Hint: there was a drop dead gorgeous Jeep and a head -turning Charger in the show room just waiting for some one to come take them home!)
It was a wonderful experience, our sales gentleman Flint Herold has got to be the best salesman we have ever seen! Me and my husband came in and were treated with the utmost respect. Actually we were completely surprised by how we were treated!; we came in looking at used trucks and ended up with a new 2015 F150. We have bought many cars and know that dealers typically make more money on used cars and our salesman Flint showed us options on several used trucks and finally a brand new truck. I had never considered a new truck because I thought we couldn't afford it! Flint took the time to show us the details and the new truck was almost the same overall cost as a used truck that had 68,000 miles on it. Even though Flint made less money on the new truck vs the used one, he helped us figure out which way made the most sense for us/ the best way to help us, and not just the truck that made him the most money. Besides Flint, his manager Ed made us feel at home with no pressure to do anything we didn't want to do, as well as our finance guy Dave, the technology guy Keith and two higher up managers I believe are Jason & James all made us feel like we could ask anything and get an honest answer. Thank you all! My husband really loves our new F150 and we will be recommending Flint to everyone we know and to anyone looking for a salesperson who really cares!!
Mike W in service was awesome. I just drove to town from out of state Friday night and had issues with my 08 Tahoe. I needed to return back home on Sunday. I called in Saturday morning and Mike said bring it in, we are only open to 12, but we will look at it. He put a rush on it and was able to repair my rotor. Then I picked up my clean car, the cashier offered me a tin of cookies, and I was on my way by noon. This is what service is supposed to be, thank you to the entire team at Joseph's. If I lived here I would be a customer for life. you will not be disappointed. #chevyrocks
