I just wanted to take a moment to mention how pleased I was with the service provided by Cincy Rents in the leasing of my property in Oakley. The entire team was professional, responsive, and organized throughout the process. The team helped me find a qualified buyer with acceptable terms quickly and handled all of the legal and transition processes effectively. I would use Cincy Rents in the future for the leasing of my properties.
4463 Glenhaven Rd
I have a nice 2 bedroom apartment and I pay just $500 a month. For this price I was not expecting anything fancy, just a good, safe, clean place close to work. I got just that with my apartment here. Not sure what issues the previous reviewers may have had or why they needed to vent but I have no problems with my place or with the maint staff. I had a few things that needed to be taken care of and they got resolved pretty quickly. Never any water or mold issues in my place and I am in a downstairs apartment. More than likely, the complainers probably got kicked out of here.
3.Beechwood Villa Apartments
4700 Beechwood Rd
It is amazing just how in a few months Beechwood has turned directions I see that the new staff are making some big changes! They had the carpets cleaned in the hallways, putting new siding on the buildings and the outsides of the buildings are lighted up so good. I hear that more change is coming and I welcome it. Thank you Beechwood for caring about us!

8.Ivy Hills Place
7401 Pondview Pl
I have been here for almost 6 months now and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Any repairs seem to be done within the next day or two. It is wonderful I do not have any complaints about the place other than maybe a tennis court or something, but they are not far away. Washer and Dryers in units provided, 2 nice size walk-in closets and opportunity to choose cable or satelite and time warner or cincinnati bell. They do many community events and the pool is well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and social. Also it is very convenient to Eastgate Mall, any restaurant, downtown, Newport, UC, golf courses and the Loveland Bike Trail.
9.Woods of Turpin
6375 Clough Pike
I've lived in the woods of Turpin for 3 years, and I've been very happy here. Rarely have I had any problems, and the few times I've needed something in my apartment worked on, maintenance was here the same day. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The pool was late opening this year (2011) because of work that needed to be done, but otherwise I have had no complaints. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place.
10.Eagle Watch Apartments
1870 Sunset Ave Apt 28
The new managment staff has been great thus far. From my application to my move in to being a tenant, they have been honest, & helpful. I have had the staff go above and beyond in helping me feel at home here at Eagle Watch. From prior reviews Im glad to not have expereienced the previous managment staff. My advice to new applicants and current tenants is to give the new people a chance. I have already seen alot of procedures and clean up put into place to make this apartment complex beautiful, with a friendly at home enviornment. i am very happy with my apartment.
11.Deer Hill Apartments
2551 Spindlehill Dr
717 Martin Luther King Dr W
I had an apartment on the first floor and it was spacious and clean. No bugs! It is a little run down but the price was affordable and central location. The indoor pool was wonderful and the workout space convenient because there wasn't a YMCA anywhere nearby. The staff was really helpful and made the experience very nice.
13.Sunny Valley Apartments
2244 W Kemper Rd Apt 6
i have lived in sunny valley for almost a year now with my family. the apartments are spacious for the price compared to most i have looked at. the neighbors are outside being loud quite a bit, but it isn't anything that you wouldn't possibly get anywhere else. inside the building its not new, but is decently maintained. we have had problems in the apartment with leaks and other things, that still have yet to be fixed. there is only one person to work on all the apartments, over 70 apts., and it doesnt seem like he really soes anything most of the time, so you really have to ride the management to get things done, but overall this is better then a lot i have seen in this price range, so i will stay here for now.
3989 Vinings Dr
I currently live at The Vinings and have for 3 years. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice. The pricing is average. A downside is that we have the vaulted ceilings and our electric bill in the summer is outragous!!! Don't get me wrong I love the vaulted ceiling and our apartment seems HUGE, but it is so hard to keep that big of a room cool in the summer the winter is not that bad. My husband and I have had bad exeriences with apartments and this is by far the best place we've lived. It's under new management and I haven't dealt with them but when ever I have problems they've always been right on it! \r \r Good Luck with your apartment search!!!
15.Arbors Of Anderson
4037 Mount Carmel Tobasco Rd
When I went to view this place, the staff was nice enough but not too helpful and I felt all they cared about was getting me to lease. Needless to say, I didn't rent there, I went to the Fairways at Royal Oak. My friend and her boyfriend lived there and moved because they had a spider problem that was not being solved. They did have lots of floorplans to choose from and at first site they seem nice but I wouldn't really recommend it.
3902 Lonsdale St
Chad is extremely defensive about the upkeep of his property and won't put anything in writing. Doesn't respond quickly to maintenance requests.
621 McAlpin Ave
Have a problem in my apartment? Usually call the office. And after that is just ............NOTHING happens for a long time. All my calls and requests are handled by the office person who is incompetent, forgetful, giggling and almost childish in her behavior. Procrastinators, lazy, no skills whatsoever maintenance personnel. They are even open on Saturdays. What for??? And, yes, they love my rent payment on time. If I tell them about my feelings regarding conditions, or how I would like to improve the service, the answer is short: "Move OUT!". Thank you, CMC for degrading such a wonderfull community as McAlpin Apartments. God bless. P.S. Please treat your clients the way THEY WANT TO BE TREATED not the way you want to be treated if you want to run McAlpin Apartments business.
18.Ferncrest Court Apartments
3175 Ferncrest Ct Apt 5
These apartments are TERRIBLE! They don't fix anything they are severely Roach infested. I open my mailbox roaches are ALWAYS dead in between my mail. They scam and pretend they didn't get your rent and they evict you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
19.Timber Ridge Apartments
11600 Timber Ridge Ln
DO NOT MOVE HERE. These people who do/say anything to get you to move in here. They do not properly fix anything and the place is becoming a dump. Lease was completed and we moved out. I get a call from a collection company saying I left TR two months early and they were trying to sue me for two months rent and utilities. They will do anything to get money. Beware.
20.The Villages At Symmes Crossing
12131 Sycamore Terrace Dr
21.Royal Oaks Apartments
370 Saint Andrews Dr
I've lived here for about 6 months and have yet to see any maintenance personnel. I have been waiting approximately two months for a screen for my sliding glass door. Was told certain items that need repair when I moved in would be taken care of but haven't. Kids from the neighborhood commit random acts of vandalism and harassment. I would suggest to anyone looking for a clean, friendly decent place to live, to look elsewhere.
22.Queen City Woods Apartments
2100 Queen City Ave
Roach infested and mold in apartments
23.Burgundy Court Apartments
3295 Rocker Dr
I moved in and my town home smelled like dog and cat, was overrun by spiders, had a foul, brown liquid substance in the dishwasher, wouldn't allow for a hot shower more than 6 minutes long, and most of the windows would not open. I was told that there was not money to make the repairs. When I complained, I was told that I could move out but forfeit my deposit. This concession on their part came only after I got the health deparment involved This is a common problem. My neighbors ceiling falls in every time it rains. Management would rather put bandaids on problems than fix them correctly. The bandaids in the long run cost more than a proper repair. The apartment is being managed by a different company as of April/09 but they have had the same type of response as previous management. I requested pest control in March and didn't receive the service until the end of July. Several other tenants including myself have had their rent in escrow for months on end.
24.Drexel At Oakley
3827 Paxton Ave
I live near the Drexel. The location is great. Oakley is a great neighborhood except for the Drexel. The staff is rude and inconsiderate of the neighborhood. They recently hosted an outdoor party with a live band. Several neighbors asked that the volume be turned down and the manager on duty refused. Yes, they are free to have parties but is it necessary to blast the entire neighborhood? Can't you party with slightly less noise?? First, I tried to call, got an answering machine with the message, ""for noise or other disturbances, press 4 to speak to a courtesy officer."" The courtesy officer was anything but courteous and basically informed me they can be as loud as they want until 11p.m. If you want to move to Oakley, there are plenty of other wonderful, and probably cheaper rental units available. Most of the people in this neighborhood are considerate and friendly. The Drexel seems to be the exception.
25.Lindsay Lane Apartments
4300 Duck Creek Rd Apt 8
Horrible and Arrogant Manager CAROL CASE. She shouts at the customers. She emailed me the layout of the apt and promised me a 2BD which has a balcony. But on the move in date she gave me the keys of a different apartment which didn't hav a balcony and the kitchen was just 2 foot. She actually gave my apt to someone else and their apt to me. I politely told her that this is not what we spoke about, she realized that she did a huge mistake yet she was not ready to accept it and started lying bluntly that this is what she promised us. She in turn blamed me saying that I (who hate lower level) accepted to be in that lower level and that’s why she gave me this apt. That’s ridiculous. She even went out of the way and spoke very rudely to my girl friend who was actually trying to help her realize that she has done a huge mistake. She was not even sorry for what she did. I will be out of my lease by the end of this weekend and can't extend it as well. NEVER gonna recommend this place.
26.Leesburg Lane Apts
4000 Leesburg Ln Apt 35
I would not recommend living here. I did move out after a year. It was awful and here is why: The apartment complex is dirty and loud.I cleaned my apartment before leaving and they did not give me a lot of my deposit back. When I thought gas was leaking from my stove and called the emergency number no one picked up. This apartment cost a lot of money for how horrible the leasing agency is and how small the apartments are. My neighbor was moving out and they got his move out date wrong. They threw away his bed frame, mattress, and TV. Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/OH/Cincinnati/Leesburg-Lane-Apartments_888317976645209/review-1688475#ixzz2XXNvyvz6
27.Twin Pines Apartments
7429 Montgomery Rd
I have lived a lot of places, but this by far tops the worst on my list. I chose to live here because it was a pretty central area for my commute and because the rent was cheap. It did not take long to realize why rent was so inexpensive. To begin, the place is basically held together with wood glue. My cabinets in the kitchen were constantly breaking, the windows did not close all the way, the 'heaters' were broke and a serious fire hazard, and the A/C unit constantly dripped on my couch. The maintenance came out, but the guy completed shotty work (probably because that is all management would paid him for). Also, the place has a bunch of lead paint, not good for your family's health! The WORST thing about this place was BEDBUGS!! In the one year I lived there, I requested my apartment to be sprayed 7 times. The bedbugs never vacated or stopped biting. Not to mention, I am allergic to the bites, and was taking 3 different types of medications for the hives I was getting in addition to the bites. The first couple times I complained, I was not home to see the actual spraying, but I did arrive during one of the visits, and it was the maintenenace guy spraying Raid on my walls. Are you KIDDING ME?!!! Raid does not kill bed bugs you idiots. I requested a serviceman to come out, and on the 5th time I called, and waited for them to arrive. They basically told me all my furniture was infested and told me if I wanted to get rid of the bugs, consider throwing my stuff away. SO.... When for Gosh forsaken lease ended, I threw ALL my furniture out: bed, dressers, suitcases, clothes, couches, tv stand, lights, EVERYTHING. It cost me $1500 to replace everything. The few things I took, I had a company come out and treat, and everything was thoroughly washed and hi-temp dried. To top it off, I am a clean freak, and when we vacated, the apartment was 10X cleaner than it was upon move in. The management company decided to keep my deposit check. If it wasn't only $100, I would have sued the idiots for it. Seriously, NEVER, EVER, EVER waste your money here!!!!!!
1600 Thompson Heights Ave
Terrible. Elevator hardly ever works and will go down for up to 10 days. BEWARE: awful building!!
29.Forest Ridge Townhomes
5065 Hawaiian Ter
I have been here six years and the last three have got worst each year. The new owners will not have lots cleared of snow whereas the previous owners always made sure lots were cleared of snow and salted. I have made complaints of neighbors excessive loud music that has not been addressed. Broken down cars on property for over two years. Now having window leakage that was supposed to have been fixed this past year. Heat in bedroom, dining room and living rooms working when they want, have to run cords because a lot of electrical outlets don't work. Need new refrigerator and there is leaking under kitchen sink that I have told them about. None of which has been addressed along with them replacing a faucet in bathroom for three months now. Looking to move out this year. Don't waste your money moving here.
30.Montana Valley Apartments
2678 Montana Ave
The manager Amber is very rude and unprofessional. I've caught her in lie after lie. Besides the ridiculous wait for maintence when things go wrong, I've told her several times that when a maintence guy is going to be coming in our apartment I want to know about it, she said she would have it taken care of. Well guess what since she's said that there have been 3 times where men just show up announced. And it's not their fault it's Amber's. So anyway back to what happened this morning, I just got off the phone with her because I called and asked her if she knew someone was coming out this morning and she said no, well I went up to maintence man and asked him if she knew and he said yeah I stopped over there this morning and she gave me a key. Do not rent from these people. All they care about is themselves. They do not care if you're happy with your apartment they just want you to sign a lease so you can be another person on their list to get rent from. Plus it's in a really bad area.
